Purchased a puppy through the website. Puppy was to be delivered today. No puppy was delivered as they requested an additional $2000.00 for a special crate to use on the airplane. I was told part of the cost of the original payment included a special crate to ship the dog. When I replied that I did not have the additional $2000.00, both the seller and the shipper did not respond.
