Instagram feed had plant stands with free shipping. It really looked legit, but it was not and now they stole my money! I lost $40. The website is no longer.

On October 23, 2022, I purchased a 6-Tier Iron Flower Pot Stand for $33.99 from PlantersHomeShop and paid for it online with my credit card. On the order confirmation page they confirmed my order and purchase, but when I click on the "View my Order" button, it states "Not Found" as if I never placed the order. I contacted the company three times for the status of my order through their [email protected] contact page and never received a response. I have contacted my bank credit card team to dispute the transaction and get my money back.

On Monday, October 24, 2022, I "bought" a 3-story Greenhouse with Roll Up Zipper Door for $50.99 from PlantersHomeShop and paid for it online with a credit card.

On November 10, 2022, 6:03 p.m., I asked about when this order would be shipped.

On November 10, 2022, 6:49 p.m., they replied, "Thanks for reaching out. I hope you are well. Please contact your payment provider for a refund. We are unable to refund you as our system is down. Regards."

On November 10, 2022, 10:42 p.m., I replied, "Please send me a check."

On November 10, 2022, 11:31 p.m., they replied, "Hi there, Thanks for your response. You may contact your bank or credit card issuer to dispute the amount you paid for your order, for some reason the store was suddenly shut and we could no longer process the refund of process and ship your order. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Regards."

The PlantersHomeShop website is still up as of this morning (November 11, 2022) and promises a 30-day money back guarantee.

I ordered a faux plant from planters home website. Never received product. My visa was charged $44.99. Contacted planters home via text. Back and forth with no resolution. First they couldn’t find order, needed more information, then they told me to contact my credit card company for a refund. Last text said store was suddenly shut down to contact my credit card company again. I texted them said I was going to report them. Contacted my credit card company, they are issuing me a refund and are investigating
