Googled USPS change of address. This site looked like the USPS site is used before. Down out my chair of address. They asked for a c.c. to verify my identity. No mention of charge even going back later and reading the fine print. They changed my card 99.95. I never authorized any charge. I recieved an email saying they were doing the change of address. I responded with an email telling them I never agreed to any charges and had called my bank to dispute them. Cancel any change of address as it's not authorized. They quickly responded with an email that out had been processed. I won't onto USPS and cancelled as I did not authorize the change of address or the insane charges to do this.

My husband was looking to set up our new address/PO box online as our new home's post office is only open from 1-4PM due to a shortage of people and we work until 5PM. We are not allowed to have mailboxes, so we have to get a PO Box but was told if we showed up right at 4PM we still would not be helped. He attempted to do this online and now we have a pending charge of $89.95 on our CC. Check to make sure you are on the USPS website as they ONLY charge $1.05 for their Forwarding Services. The email confirmation also has links to update info via BMV, IRS, and Social Security. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS!!!! I am trying to revise and dispute what my husband did.

I received an email which I thought was from the USPS to help me finish changing my address. It was actually a "business" that charged me $79.95 for using their services. It showed up on my bank account as "ChangeofMyMailAddr". I've seen many other complaints about this place. This is horribly wrong and someone needs to shut this down immediately.

I tried to change my address since I'm moving and I thought I was dealing with the real USPS. I see a charge of $79.95 and I realize I was scammed.

I attempted to change my address with the United States Postal Service as I was moving states in a week. I’ve changed my address before when moving previously so I knew it would be a $1.00 fee. I answered similar questions as I had some previously only to check my back account later to see a $79.95 fee. I was charged $79.95 but and there’s no way to contact the company, from these confirmation emails, that took my information and charged me.

- Deltona, FL, USA

It looked just like Usps form as I’ve filled one out before I got charged $59.95 where as usps is 1$. I disputed with my bank but they do not give a recipe so the dispute fell through.

- Marion, IN, USA

Went to a website that turned out to be a “third party Change of address” company. Called the number on website and they said there was no record of my change.

These professional scammers have become very good at their webpages, etc.

The reply email that I received didn’t look right. Even though it looked like a legit USPS email until I looked at the email replies address.

He kept asking me how much I was charged.

When I told him, he told me that it wasn’t them, but it was a 3rd Party competitor.

I what the company name was and he wouldn’t tell me.

I will have to stop payment/dispute if it’s not too late. I usually catch these things, but with a million things on my mind, I missed the red flags.

I was attempting to change my mailing address and this company uses a site that looks like usps to get your credit card information and charge $60.00
