Postal Supply Warehouse Reports & Reviews (3)

- Northampton, MA, USA

Company called to ask for a model number of our company postal machine, then sent an unsolicited box of supplies with an invoice.

When called, scammer claimed that we had ordered supplies and needed to receive an approval slip to ship the box back to them. They refused to mail the shipping slip, and asked for our fax and email. We think they sold our phone number to other telephone scammers after this incident, as we were later targeted by an aggressive tech support scam.

I was called at my place of work by this company, who declined to give me their correct company name. They said they worked with Pitney Bowes, and had a shipment on the way and wanted to send us a free calendar/organizer. They asked me to verify the company address, and gave me the correct address so I simply said yes. They were in a hurry to get off the phone after that. A week later, maybe, I received a delivery from "Postal Supply Warehouse", which I thought was odd, because that is not the name of our postal/office supplier. When I opened the package I saw a few items along with an invoice of almost $295. Absolutely never did I nor anyone else at my office order ANYTHING. I knew immediately it was a scam. I called the number at the bottom of the invoice, twice, and there was no answer. I then called the number using my cell phone and it was answered on the second ring. The company did give me a return number, and then when I called back to get a return label, I requested it be sent to my email address. I got an email that read as follows:

PLEASE PUT ATTENTION NEXT TIME, UPS LABEL'S ARE EXPENSIVE,

And you did spoke with sale's person, and you said it was fine. It's not our fall you didn't listen,

if you received organizer please return too.

ATTACH YOU WILL FINE A UPS LABEL, IT'S GOOD FOR 5 DAY'S

-That was copied and pasted as is. Completely inappropriate. I then emailed back reiterating that there was no time I ordered any items or "OK'd" any shipment. I then said they needed to remove the company name and number off of their cold call list and to not contact me any further. I then was quickly replied to with another email that simply said "no need for harassment."

This company is completely fraudulent and a total joke. The people running it should be embarrassed of themselves. I don't understand how the ScamPulse.com or any one else has not shut it down, because I've read countless reviews and complaints of the same nature on this "business". The company can respond however, and to whomever they want, but I care little, seeing as how these complaints are continuing and therefore the company is continuing their scamming.

Our business received a phone call from a woman named Kim calling from "Postal Supply Warehouse." She wanted to "verify" that our information is up to date (phishing) and to talk to someone about our postage meter. I have heard that they get information from companies and then go on to send them fake invoices.
