Just moved and put in a change of address that was suppose to cost a $1 and our debit card was charged $99.75.

I googled United states Post office change of address and postmovechangescom scammed me into thinking it was the USPS change site. Postmovechange charged my credit card $99.75 for a service that was never rendered. the credit card held the charge in pending status until it was too late to dispute the charge.

Did a change of address and was scammed out of $99.99 thought something was wrong now I know

I recently moved and wanted to switch my address and I thought I was on the USPS website and before giving my card information I had read about a $1.05 fee. I checked my bank account to be sure and I was charged $89.99. When I tried to call I was unable to get through to anyone. Am I seriously just out 90 bucks?

I was charged 89 dollars to my bank account and was not advised of any charges.

I needed to forward my deceased son's mail to my address so I decided to do a change of address online. Not being in my right mind I clicked the first website I saw that looked like the USPS website. Nowhere on the site BEFORE you enter all of your information does it say they will be charging 89.99 for a address change and a membership to their stupid fake company. As soon as it hit submit they sucked that 89.99 out of my account. I called to get a refund and you some automated message comes on I guess since they stole from so many people and they set out to scam you they have you go thru prompts and have the nerve to ask you not to dispute it with your bank. I needed up get a new debit card issued and I see they are trying to take the 89.99 out again from the old card.

They took 89.75 from my bank account without my permission and mess up my account for other bills I had to pay: Norman Adams is my name 704-923-1925 is my phone number

In the process of moving, in a hurry I remembered I needed to change my address with the post office so I quickly googled change of address and clicked on the first link that seemed legitimate with out much thought and entered my information in a hurry. I expected to be charged the 1$ fee I expected but was charged 90$.

This is madness. What kind of people go to so much trouble to scam others out of money? I swear I used the USPS.com change of address form to forward mail to a summer address! I even entered CC information for the $1.05 charge. Next thing I knew, $89.75 had been sucked out of my checking account! I angrily called the number attached to a "confirmation text," yelled at the agent, mentioned the BBB, USPS, called my bank and canceled the debit card. What a world. Beware.
The company/site is called something like: [email protected]

I thought I was using the USPS official site to change my address, but it turns out to be a scammer claiming to be a "personal concierge" for the USPS. I called to complain about the charge (which wasn't listed up front) and was told I could have a discount of 50%. I told the guy on the phone that I'd be reporting him and hung up. He called back and the caller ID showed the call was coming from Vancouver BC. My money was immediately refunded, but I cancelled my card right away and ordered a new one.

Thought it was a united postal service site and they weren't and took $89.95 out of my account.

I thought I was directed to the USPS site and was not from Google. The first option is for a fake site

I needed to do a change of address, which I have done online several times. Filled out the information per usual, then later in the evening I saw a $79.95 charge which should have been $1.50 or so. I saw it was made out for postmovechanges and now having to dispute it. It looked like an official USPS sight.

I was charged $79.95 for an address change that was not completed. Scam.

I made what I thought was a small transaction, only to be charged $79.95 a day later. It has never cost this much to change an address. This is a complete scam!!!
