My pc had a blue screen and I found this company who supposedly "helped" to fix my problem after charging me 149.99 for the "repair". Fast forward a year later, I was contacted every couple of days via phone by "Jack", stating the company was going out of business and they needed me to log on to send me the refund form. What they actually try to get you to do is log into your bank account to steal your information. After I questioned the process, my computer started having issues and my screen froze. "Jack" told me I would need to pay 300 to fix the computer. He did not know I wrote down their log in info and was able to get my computer up and running. Do not trust these scam artists.

PREMIUM PC SOLUTIONS-a message pops up on computer saying that your computer is infected with a virus and to call a number to have it fixed. They ask for control of your PC and then they request your banking information to pay for their services. The fee is crazy at $299.99 for 12 months. This happened to a disabled person who didn't understand this type of scam so now PC Solutions has his banking information and remote access to his personal computer. Had to go to the bank on his behalf and freeze his account and call the credit card company to stop all charges. Very rude sales (or whatever he is), definitely of foreign descent and not able to get any information about the company.

While on my laptop, received a Java Script Alert advising me to contact toll free # 855-726-4408; rep who answered my call had a distinctive accent (from India) & when I questioned him as to whom he represented, advised he was --Microsoft Support--which I believed; told me the call was being recorded & instructed me as to how he could "take over my computer" so he could diagnose where the problem was coming from--(I still believed he was a real Microsoft Support person) so I typed in what he told me to! I could see from the cursor movement, that he had taken over. He advised me that a Level 5 IP Expert could solve the problem on line within 2-3 hours of time & he transferred me to 1-800-576-5105 ( top of my screen said Premium PC Solutions). When this person (same accent) asked me how I was going to pay (CC or check) & I said check he began asking for personal info relating to my bank & when I rejected he became nasty--that's when I said I'm not interested, he hung up!
