I purchased an outfit from this online boutique. Received a order. It was not what I ordered. I decided to google search the image only to find out that the picture was stolen off of another online boutique (Kleauxkouture). Not only was that picture stolen from another boutique, EVERY picture is stolen. I emailed them, (I saved every email) to ask for a return process for a refund because It’s not what I paid for. They emailed me back and asked if they offered me a coupon code for my next order as compensation, would I keep it. I told them absolutely not. What I paid for is not what I received, I would never spend another penny with them. And this is the email I received back verbatim, I copy and pasted it “If you want to return ,we are afraid you should pay for the postage ,the postage is also ...⇄ We are sorry for the inconvenience caused for you!” They scammed me, but they want me to pay more money to get my money. WOW. Five or emails later they offered me 5 dollars and a coupon code off my next order. I explained to them that this was unethical and I would not like to do business with them again. I was then offered 3 dollars and a coupon code.I have emails from other customers, and they sent the same exact email. But that’s not even the worst part, even though I ordered clothing from the scamming boutique, the scammers entered the transaction as groceries so I couldn’t dispute the transaction with my bank. So clearly they’ve been doing this a long time. A lot of people have been scammed and when they leave a review or try to warn people, the boutique delete the comment then block the customer. Trying to get your money back is a nightmare, the purchaser protection that PayPal offer is also a nightmare, even with proof. And according to others who’s went through the same thing just give up, because of all the back and forward mess.
