It came in my husbands name. I thought he got for me for my birthday. He said no. Thanked my mother in law. She said no- wasn’t her. Nice cream so I used it. At the time I received it we were in a temporary living situation. The neighbor texted me a 3 months later and said my mailbox was overflowing and it was a package. I had 4 deliveries of the serum and cream. I don’t know how to get a hold of them. That’s what I was trying to do when I ended up on this site. I will continue to try to find the source.

I too, was a victim of this scam. I am 66 and the ad popped up and I was curious about the product. I filled out information but did not go through with the transactionm because i noticed there was another product offered so i closed down the Ad
Two days later i noticed a 4.95 and a 5.95 shipping fee. I then called the number and they could not cancel I called too late. They gave an extended trial of 30 days. If i returned product which wasnt used I would be charged an additional $15 restocking fee and product had to have the original shipping label which was stuck on the box and It had to be trauma and tampered free...
There are no terms and conditions on site and I began to worry that this was indeed a scam. I called my bank and they told me I could dispute the charges or cancel debit card. I opted for cancelling my debit card. The safest choice of all. Please beware of celebrity endorsed products... or pop up ads. They only want your money

My elderly relative was just scammed into making a purchase from this company. They created some type of fake news article claiming they'd been winners on Shark Tank (TV show) for their skin care product line. She clicked a link that took her to this website to make a purchase. They even sent her a confirmation email of the bogus product that she'd just purchased. After some online research, I've found multiple websites that all link back to this same product. None of them appear legitimate. They all have the same formatting which appear fake. I will attach a PDF of her "order confirmation". She is currently in the process of canceling that credit card. When we checked her credit card statement, it shows 2 different charges (she only made one): one is for $4.95 and $5.95. They are "still processing" from yesterday. We are canceling the card right now! It appears that their motive was purely just to obtain her credit card and personal information. I've found the same motive on the following websites: www.primieneskincare.com AND primeness.com (they seem to have purchased several domains claiming the same product for sale). I cannot find ANY information about this company online (no address, phone number, any type legitimate company information).
