I scheduled services. I was sent to a residential address 45 minutes from

Me in Branford rather than wolcott. 10 minutes before the 10am appointment they contacted me to cancel. I informed them I was already nearby the address given me. They said they messaged the wrong customer and that they could service the car. I was expecting one person. There was two. When I arrived, the one guy who I was told was the tech had seemingly little knowledge at all about my Prius. They proceeded to work on my car on the front lawn of the house while I was sent for a walk. They finished. I noticed immediately on my invoice they had they year of my car wrong. On my return to new Britain, all the lights flashed on in the car. The car/the battery was worse than when I brought it. I informed them and they apologized telling me it was an issue with the computer syncing. After nearly a week they got me scheduled. Again they sent me to this Branford residence. They sent me on a walk. This time I was without my partner, and I was alone with these two people, and I felt uncomfortable being alone there. They again put in another battery. After some time my phone died so I had to return to the house. I found them fidgeting in the car. The guy asked me how I start the car. I was taken aback. I started it for them. Then they said all set! I said don’t you need to test drive this. He said they did. Since they couldn’t even start it when I arrived and I was watch the street the whole time from the beach and never saw them take it out, I did not believe them. However, being alone, I was not comfortable confronting them. I left. After a week I noticed again the car was worse than it was when I brought it to them. Finally I took it to another shop after Prius kings said they wouldn’t send anybody out until I had it diagnosed. The shop found that it was again the battery. When I told Prius kings, they proceeded to argue with me and my husband and the shop about the issue over the phone. After everything I told them I just wanted a refund. They said that they were going to come and take the battery that they put in and give me my old battery. Then the next morning I get a completely different message saying that it was a simple fix on the battery, and that they could send somebody out to fix it. However, I will not let these people near my car ever again. This was a horrific and traumatizing experience and after everything my Prius is worse condition than ever.
