I  am now confirming the receipt of the signed last page of agreement.

I will be forwarding it for the review of HQ shortly. They will verify

the data so we can start training program.

In reference to your group details, see below:

Program Start Date: Jun. 27th, 2018

Duration of Online Training: 1 month

Time Requirements/Shift: 2-3 hours daily, flexible

Software/Tools Required: laptop, computer or a smart phone with access

to  the  Internet,  MS Office or Mac Office (preferred), Adobe Acrobat

Reader or any other program allowing to open PDF files

Attached,  please  find  a  work  plan  for  the  one month of  online

training  program  verified  by  HQ.  Please,  review topics discussed

during  online  training, objectives  and time requirements. This will

help you plan your calendar in accordance with training schedule.

Please  take  care  when  you  complete  your  tests.  You do not have

anything  to  stress  about in this regard, but attention to detail is

necessary  if you wish to achieve progress. It is important for you to

realize  that  the given test should be completed within 24 hours, and

no  delays  will  be accepted. The tests are demanding to some extent,

but   enough  time  is  provided  for you to complete each test, quite

comfortably.

As  I've indicated previously I will be emailing you first material on

a  start  date along with details on how to complete it. Material will

be  emailed  before  12 PM ET afternoon. If you do not get first guide

before  12  PM ET, please, email me back, I will resend it ASAP. I ask

you to note that each and any test must be completed within the stated

time   frame.  If  you miss first deadline, I will not be able to send

you  another case. This will cause delay and probably elimination from

the process. So make sure you get all materials in a timely manner and

submit them accordingly.

More  information  will be emailed to you on a start date, so be ready

to get first guide as we start.

I am Abraham Meyer from the HR Dept. of ProRam

SA.  Our  managers  informed  you  this morning that I was assigned to

guide you during one month of pre-employment training.

I  will  be  reaching  you later today via phone to formally introduce

myself  and give the voice to the name. If you are not able to talk, I

will  leave  you a VM with my contact information so you can give me a

call  back.  At  other times I am at the office from 9 AM ET till 5 PM

ET.  I will be glad to respond to your questions via phone at any time

before   12  PM ET noon. At other times, please make an appointment to

speak  via  phone  prior  to  calling me. It is essential to arrange a

phone  call  at other times as I am usually out of the office after 12

PM  ET.  Furthermore,  our  PA Division is currently experiencing high

volumes  of  work,  so  it  may  be difficult to get in touch with our

managers  via  phone. But we will try to respond to all incoming calls

and VM's.

Here is what you need to know about the pre-employment training.

Our  training  comes  in  two  stages, first includes 10 business case

studies  which  you  will  have  to  complete daily, with holidays and

weekends  being  an  exception. These cases include key materials with

learning  initiatives combined with short tests. Our tests are used to

evaluate  your  knowledge  and learning skills. All learning materials

and  studies  are provided by the company and they are free of charge,

there  is  nothing  to  concern  you.  FT  position is guaranteed upon

successful completion of pre-employment training.

Second  stage  includes online webinars. For those who are not able to

access  our  webinars,  we upload our videos on the website where they

are  easily accessible. It  is  important for you  to take  all online

classes  as  we  will engage in live discussions pertaining to project

management, corporate  structure, PM software and tools, and etc. This

will   allow  you to discover more about the objectives of the PM role

and corporate business model.

Training  will  also  include  vital  learning  in  respect  of the FT

position, project management structure, and more. You are obligated to

complete  your  training,  before  being  able  to  go  into this on a

full-time basis.

Listed below are main terms of the training:

-   one month duration;

-   online, modules are submitted via e-mail;

-   remote process with no need to visit the office;

-   flexible hours (you can operate during your spare time);

-   no charges, fees or tuition costs;

-   monthly salary of $2K paid via check or wire transfer;

-   can be combined with your current position;

-   there  is  a  guarantee that  you will be hired on full-time basis

once you complete the training.

Please, review the  attachment  since it gives more information on the

training process and covers general terms of full-time employment. You

will  need  to  sign last page of the agreement and send it back to me

before  we  start. At  the end of training process you will be getting

offer  letter  which you will have to sign and bring at the front desk

to  start  onboarding process. During period of training all reporting

will  be  done  through  PA Division on a remote basis. Our new office

will be opening in your area in 2 months, see details below:

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

1.  Please,  read the Employment Agreement thoroughly to make sure the

data  is  correct.  If  there is a mistake, please request the revised

copy.

2. Only the last page of agreement must be signed and returned back to

me.  Once signed, scan the page or take a photo and then email it back

to  me  as  an  attachment.  Do  not  send  us fax as this will not be

accepted.  We  also  do  not  accept  any  paperwork  sent  via postal

services.

3.  After I get your signed last page I will send you more info on the

next  step,  work  plan and additional details related to first day of

training.

TRAINING GROUP

1.  Four  groups will be launched this and next week, two on Wednesday

and two on Friday.

2.  The next training group will begin on 6/27/18.

3.  If  you  are able to start on this date, then please email me your

signed  copy  of  agreement  with  confirmation.  If  this date is not

acceptable for you, please advise on alternative dates.
