PS Circulation, LLC Reports & Reviews (6)

Two young ladies came to my door selling magazine subscriptions. I paid for a one year subscription on May 21, 2016. I have never received a magazine. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to process the request. However the company only gives you 3 days to cancel. Hmmm, should have been my first warning. I attempted to contact the company, when you call the phone number it says it is not a working number. I emailed them and told them I would either like my magazine or my money back, I received no response. I have emailed several times and again have never heard back from the company. Total scam

Typical door to door salesman collecting reward points by selling magazines. We decided to place an order for two different magazines Atlantic Monthly and Inc. He told us we should receive our first copy around 4-5 weeks after we place an order. After this time passed I've contacted PScircultation and actually received a respons by a person named James Littleton. He explained to us that it might take up to 120 days until we receive our first magazine. After 120 day have passed we've contacted company again, but have not heard from them since.

It was brought to our attention that someone from PS Circulation, LLC was going door to door in the Sacramento, CA region collecting books to benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Sacramento. I am the Resource Development Director for the organization, and we have no knowledge, communication, or oversight of these "Book collections". We believe these "Sales people" are falsely utilizing the positive reputation of our charitable organization, and that these books that are being collected will not be donated to the Club.

A 30ish aged black couple knocked on our door. They claimed to b e selling mgazines that would be donated to different local organizations. They said they earned points that would eventually provide them with cash to better their lives. They said they were flown in from other states and that the company PS Circulations put them up in hotels and brought them to different neighborhoods to sell the magazines. The girl made a point of saying she waived at our house camera, which we thought was odd. They kept giving us a run around when we asked the cost. We were led to believe it would be around $45 so we said OK. She wrote out a receipt and told us the total would be $250. My husband said no way. She then did a complete turn around. She started screaming at him about wasting their time. My husband is African American and I am white. She then called my husband a "house N word" and she called me a slave owner. She then said to my husband that his bitch white wife told him not to give them money. She said to me "your family probably doesn't even know your "N word husband" and that I slepp with a "N word" at night. She continued calling me a slave owner and my husband a "house N word". This is obviously not a legit business and may also be a violent business, since they appear to support this type of behavior. My usband and I are both afraid of retaliation from these 2 people.

A man comes to my door claiming to be part of an organization that is working on behalf of local charities and that he needs to earn points by going door to door selling magazines so that he can teach young people business skills. I say I'm just getting ready to leave and am not interested in magazines. He says that's okay, that I can simply make a donation. I think, fine. I'll donate $5 to one of my usual local charities. He shows me the list of charities and I choose the Boys & Girls Club. Then he asks how many magazines I want to donate. I choose the smallest number he shows, which is 2. The total comes to $88 and he needs $44 in cash because "that earns me more points." At this point I become suspicious and say I don't have that much cash on hand, but he's insistent. I tell him we need to get going and he can come back at another time, but he keeps talking. Later I research the company and find that the ScamPulse.com has nearly 200 complaints about this company and people never get their magazines and they don't do donations. They are a for profit company, and are using the names of local charities to make themselves appear legit.
