Readers Digest Cash Prize Department Spoof Reports & Reviews (1)

Received a phone call which went to voice mail. Message left by a person identifying himself as William Maxwell from the Reader’s Digest Cash Prize department indicating that I had won 5,100,000 from a recent prize draw. I was instructed to call the number indicated above to claim my prize. Also instructed to just leave my name and number if Mr. Maxwell did not pick up the call. I called and the response was very professional as if it was a real company. Of course, Mr. Maxwells was not in. I did not leave a message of any sort and hung up. I felt compelled to to report this scam.
