Like many others, same thing happened to me. Did a survey and at the end saw I could get a deal and clicked ok while on my phone. I thought I got a deal for a smartphone and car dvr for $5.99 each. I didn't realize I had also clicked on $39 for a sd card. I checked my bank account and saw this charge. I immediately called the company and told them to cancel my order. They told me they couldn't refund the $5.99 shipping charges for the items but could for the sd card. I told them they were a scam and cancel what they could. Mad at myself thinking I got scammed out of $12, I wrote that up on the price for expecting some cheap items. A couple days later the cheap camera and smartwatch show up in my mail. I open the packages but didn't use them as it looked to be some cheap products. I checked my bank account but saw no charges, so I thought ohh well I'm only out $12 still. A couple weeks pass by and I look at my account and It looks short, I knew my gf bday had passed and I spent some money but I had most of it calculated already. I scroll through the transactions and see one for $119 and the other for $109. Immediately, I alerted my bank and cancelled my card. So I call the numbers on the transactions and complain, and initially they only want to give back 60%. I'm like nope I want the full amount and they give me a RMA # for both items, address and confirmation #. I live in the city so I'm going to try and deliver these items personally to the company, so let's see how that goes.

I had $39.99 withdrawn from my bank account 2X’s ; and $5.95 withdrawn 2X’s also. I contacted my bank that was able to give me phone numbers (4) different numbers-(1) for each withdrawal); I contacted the phone numbers; explained to them that I never ordered the merchandise; I never received them, either. They said I did a survey and agreed to the terms of receiving the free items. I never did a survey; never agreed to any terms. I never got anything in the mail. They agreed to return the $39.99 to my bank account ( which they did); but refused to return the $5,95 X 2 because they said I agreed to the terms. Since I “ never” did a survey; since I “ never” agreed to any terms; since I “ never” ordered—“never” received any product/merchandise; WHY?—HOW?—do they feel I should not be entitled to the shipping fees be returned also; why should I pay for shipping for something I didn’t receive. I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN SCAMNED! This is just NOT right!

I saw an add for a knockoff smart watch to shipped out with only paying shipping and handling, $5.95. Two weeks later I was charged $39.99 which I mistakenly took as another purchase. Two weeks later my watch arrived and I was unknowingly charged $119.00. I called the phone number in the bank information and could only get $83.30 refunded back as I did not approve this payment. I knew I feel for a scam and just accepted I lost $35.70+$5.95. A little while later the watch basically stopped working and could only tell time, none of the smart watch features were working. About 3 weeks later I was charged another $39.99 and it came from the same place as the original $39.99. Turns out I was also signed up for a monthly subscription for the crappy watch. My wife called the number and was able to get a full refund on the two $39.99 payments and canceled any further payments. The crappy thing is that the original person knew I did not watch the watch and said nothing about the monthly subscription. This company is a complete scam and should be avoided at all cost. Also the company only answers the phone with "Thank you for calling customer support" and never mentions the company name or what I am evening calling about.

Offered a free monitor for answering a survey from Costco. Was expecting to received a night cam for minimal charge. Received a night cam for a car, they charged me $39.99 for an application on my phone - ever agreed to it and $119 for the monitor - I think that is what it was for. Very hard to understand the 'customer service rep" Alice (or Alex) Stopped future charges for the app - I never received anything about the app and gave me a partial refund for the item of $95.02 - was a better "deal" than returning it. Won't hold my breath waiting to see if the refund actually shows up. Charges showed up with the name DreamyLi.

Offered free web extender ($5.95 shipping) for taking a customer survey for Walgreens. My Cr.Cd. was charged twice for $5.95 then $119.00 for the web the extender. I was then charged $39.99 twice. In Feburary I was charged twice again $39.00. I called the Company and it looks like they agreed to a partial refund for one or two of the charges but I am still out a lot of money. This is nothing but a scam and these people should not be allowed to do this. I have cancelled my card and filing a complaint with the B.B.B. Need more people to report this.

Offered free webcam ($5.95 shipping) for taking a survey, then charged my Cr.Cd. $119.00 for the cam. Refuses to refund my money after numerous phone calls, giving a variety of reasons/excuses.

Another victim here, Ordered after a survey for Sams Club and they said as a reward had a free gift. I chose a WiFi Extender which came with no instructions. I've yet to get it to work. Then the following month here comes another $39.99 charge on my card. I called and they refunded only $19.99. after I told them to stop the subscription and that I didn't want any more products from them. So this
next month (February 2022 I got another $39.99 charge and a $119.99 charge for something I never received. (Dash Cam) They gave me a tracking number and said to call USPS who they said reported it delivered and gave me a tracking number. Today I will check but don't expect much. I talked to two difference persons. One for the $39 and another one for the $119.00. Different phone numbers, same company. First one was with Marie for the Rize Watch which I never ordered and then with John employee # 8013 for the Dash Cam which I also never received. Today no reversal of funds and I told him I wanted full refunds on both not partials. They finally agreed but today no reversals as of yet. I will watch today if no refunds will report this to the proper authorities and be glad to work with other victims to shut this practice down of scamming people. They are not even aware they are signing up for constant charges or any subscription plans. This practice needs to be stopped. These people need to be shut down.

I am also victim with circumstances similar to yours. My cell # is 816-645-5352.

I got an email saying it was Sam's Club. The email said if I took a survey I got to pick an item and only pay $5.95 and that's what I did. Now today they tried to charge my card $119.00 thank God I have Capital One, they knew I didn't approve anything. So I called Rize Watch 844-987-4620 and canceled everything. I also called Sam's Club to let the know along with Capital One to put a Block on Rize Watch. Also, the email did not say anything about Rize Watch, it said it was only from Sam's Club. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, if everyone does the same we can get the shut-down.

Rec’d email offering 2 items for free bc I have a USPS POST BOX. I had to pay shipping.
Rec’d Watch & Pro 2 Earbuds. What garbage. Then my Bank (Fraud Dept.) called about a $57+- charge. I said I never agreed to any charge except for s/h.
KUDOS to Delta Community Credit Union (free to join). Their Fraud Department is excellent! They IMMEDIATELY closed my Card. A real inconvenience but worth it.

I was sent a Fed Ex Survey and then redirected to a site that said I could order earpods for $5.95. Somehow I clicked on a smart watch and was billed another $5.95 but didn't think much of it because it was so inexpensive. I received both, very poor quality but figured that made sense given the price. Then two weeks later I was charged $109, $119 and $39. I called the company at 8449651898 and they verified they had charged all items (with different names) and said it was a two week trial. I told them that was not what was promised and at first said they would refund at 50% and I had to pay $19.99 each for shipping...I said no way this is a scam so they said 80% and I said it was still a scam and agreed. They charged around $267 total and I got back $222. I notified the bank and deactivated the card I used. I filed a fraud report and apparently since I agreed to the $222 there was nothing I could do. Lesson learned. However, I read on this site that if I had not deactivated the card they have come back and charged it again and then denied it. Be careful...do not respond to any offers from surveys ...I know I never will again.

How did you get your refund? i am still waiting. Said i would get an email and something about e-check? I have since deactiviated the card i used.

Report them to the Better Business Bureau.

If you take a survey on Lowe’s site for your participation they offer you some discounted merchandise one of them is a smart watch and earbuds from our RIZE watch company they say it’s free all you have to pay is shipping in handling which is$5.95, somewhere deep in the fine print it is a trial and they gonna charge you $109 and $119 then $39.99 for solftware for the smartwatch, I canceled the next day by calling them directly on the telephone they sent products anyway now I’m in a battle with my credit card company and then they don’t send a return address or RMA

I received this offer in my email. It said I would receive a smart watch and ear pods for free with $13 shipping. So I did. Only to find out that my account was debited $39.99. I called them about it. Told them I need a refund. They promised to email me to confirm this arrangement. Never received email. Representative said refund will take 7-10 business days. 10 days later, I noticed they withdrew $109 from my account. I called them again and demanded a refund. I told them to take back their products. They said I would pay $19 for shipping! Not to mention, when I plugged in the ear pods to charge it, I saw smoke! I AM LIVID! These people are criminals. How do we take legal action against them?
Charged my account twice for “free” products!!!

Saw an ad that said 'Dash cam. Only $5.95.' Dummy me! ("If it sounds too good to be true, it is") Got the can. A couple of weeks later my credit card was charged for $119. I called the company (844-415-1513) and they said I paid for a trial. And that if I didn't send it back after the trial they would charge me the whole price. That's not what their ad said! First they told me make a give me $99.06 refund right now I would accept it over the phone. If I wanted a whole refund I would have to return the product, and pay for shipping. I told them what they are doing is illegal and I want in my entire refund or I would report them to Consumer Protection Agency. They agreed to refund me the $119 and gave me a case number. An hour later I called back and ask them when I would receive my refund and gave them my case number They said the previous girl could not process due to an unknown error. But they would make sure to proccess my refund. No email confirmation! After reading all the comments on this website, I seriously doubt if I will ever get my money back. But I'm going to keep trying if it takes me weeks! Wish me luck!

The number I got for them, 844-987-4620

I fell for a "too good to be true" offer and suddenly this company started charging my credit care at will. When I contacted them to refund the unauthorized charges they finally agreed - haven't seen the refund yet. I also told them to remove my name and any information from their records. I did receive the initial products (and I did pay for them as agreed!), but they are pretty cheap items. Don't fall for this!

A 'Text' received, 2 weeks ago for a free Smart Watch. I clicked on link and it said pay "only 5.95" shipping and handling. I paid for watch, and popups came warning I do not want to miss this free offer. I click again; it was for pods! I could not access to cancel. 5.95 charged again! I did not know until I got in mail. DID NOT need or want the pods. Everything happened so quick. I knew I had did the wrong thing. No email was received or information about additional charges will be added. 2 weeks later charges on my card. I call my bank first. I check my card again and notice another charge. Two charges on my card, and I call numbers only one worked. Spoke to a man; he keep putting me on hold. He said someone will call me back. The same guy called back and said all charges will be reversed in 3-8 days (?).

Rize came up on text. Liars, did anyone ever get reimbursed? They wanted their products back to reimburse me. Now what?

Not happy with my experience with this company at all!

This company charged my bank account 119.00 for a watch and ear buds that we never ordered. Called the number on that charge of 8444171615. They said we ordered it and it was delivered to our address. It wasn't. They refunded the 119 after trying 50 percent then 80 percent refund that i wouldn't agree to. One day later there is a charge for 109.00. I called that number listed above. Different number. He said he shows no charge and I am making it up. I asked to talk to manager but they are "unavailable". They won't send any kind of email confirmation just have me a confirmation number.

Same for me. We need to file criminal charges against this company.

Rize stated in a email as part of a reward from Target, I could choose the "Rize Watch" for 5.95, they debited my account for 119.00. That transaction caused 5 checks to bounce and now I am also paying for those. As a senior who lives off a very small social security allotment this has been devastating for me

I didn't order anything from them and somehow they got my info and charged my account 119.00. I called and they refunded the money ( not willingly) then charged my account 109.00. When I called they said I was making it up

Same thing happened to me. They are full of it. They said that if I completed a form giving feedback of my UPS delivery, that I would get a free gift, just pay the shipping of $5.95 for a free dash cam. I immediately called my bank because I knew something was off. Fortunately they had the foresight to put a freeze on my card. This 'company' tried to charge me $5.95 twice. They claimed I also ordered a flashlight, which I did not. I will never fall for this again. Like you said, DO NOT CLICK ON ANY TEXTS WITH FREE PRIZES FROM ANY COMPANY!
