I had the same issue with this so called company. I ordered February 25, 2022 and never received anything as of March 8th 2022. It is Impossible to contact them phone line always busy. I have filled it up 15 times, yet no one has answered. The images on their website along with the name of the website led me to think that I was actually ordering from iRobot. I don't know if they are a fraudulent company but the least I can say is that they have suspicious business practices. Reported them to my bank for a full refund

I had the same issue with them. I ordered December 4th 2021 and never received anything as of January 24 2022. Impossible to contact them apart from the form on their website. I have filled it up 10 times, yet no one has answered. The images on their website along with the name of the website led me to think that I was actually ordering from iRobot. I don't know if they are a fraudulent company but the least I can say is that they have suspicious business practices. My advise would be to stay away from them and either order directly from iRobot or through Amazon if possible.

Ordered product (Roomba replacement battery) from website on May 2, 2021 for $101.69, including tax, and charged to my **********. By May 21, I had not received the product, so I contacted ********** to dispute the transaction. ********** said I had to wait until 30 days had passed. Meanwhile, I tried to contact the company to cancel the order since it was still in the Processing stage. I received no response from company; they use a Noreply email address to send emails and there is no phone number to reach them. I was able to send an email to their helpdesk email, but no response to my cancelation request. Also, I searched Amazon Prime and found I could get a comparable product for about 1/4 the price. I ordered from Amazon on May 21 and received product the next day for $27.69, including tax. On June 3, I contacted ********** since 30 days had passed. I disputed the $101.69 and provided documentation of my attempts to cancel order and explained I couldn't communicate with Robotics Corp Ltd. ********** refunded my card. On June 7, I received an email from Robotics saying the product status was Re-Shipped. I responded using their helpdesk email, explaining I canceled the order, because again the email they sent was a Noreply address and would fail when I tried to send to it. On June 18, I received an Amazon Prime package containing a battery with a slip that said Gift from Robotics Corp Ltd. This was not the product I ordered from Robotics. They had used Amazon to send me a product that I had tried used the Robotics website to purchase. I also received an email from Robotics again with Fulfillment status of Delivered. I did not bother trying to respond to them again; after all the slip said it was a Gift from Robotics Corp Ltd. On July 14, I received an email from Robotics asking me to contact ********** to let them know I received the product and threatening me with legal action since I had the product and didn't pay for it. I contacted them again using helpdesk email saying I would be happy to return the product if they paid for shipping. I contacted **********, got disconnected once, had to explain whole story again and they considered the dispute closed. Contacted Amazon later on July 14 and was able to return the Gift back to Amazon on July 15 for no cost. Also, they would refund me the $28.59 Robotics paid for the product they shipped to me, which as said earlier was not what I originally ordered. So, I contacted Robotics again saying I have returned the product to Amazon and I would be happy to e-transfer them the $28.59 they paid for it, if they provide a valid email address. Absolutely a scam, using Amazon and pretending they are providing a product their company never had and cost them 1/4 what they charged.

I had a similar issue with them. I ordered December 4th 2021 and never received anything as of January 24 2022. Impossible to contact them apart from the form on their website. I have filled it up several times, yet no one has answered me. The images on their website along with the name of the website led me to think that I was actually ordering from iRobot. I don't know if they are a fraudulent company but the least I can say is that they have suspicious business practices. My advise would be to stay away from them and either order directly from iRobot or through Amazon if possible.

I have a number of iROBOT products, and purchased what I believed to be some genuine parts from as website (https://irobot.canada.roboticscorplimited.com) masquerading as a genuine iRobot canada website, including having the genuine logo.

What was delivered, by Amazon, with a gift slip, were counterfeit parts of poor quality from China. For example, I ordered a genuine battery for 43.99. and what I received was a knock off battery, by battery- max which costs 19.99 on Amazon. On further investigation it appears that they order a much cheaper knockoff battery etc from Amazon, which is then sent as a 'gift'. If you return to Amazon you get 19.99 as a gift card. And the website is clearly set up to look like the genuine website https://shop.irobot.ca

This is clearly fraud.

Hi there
The same thing happened to me. I filed a complaint with my CC company after I made several attempts to get a return address from these guys to return the knock-off item. It took a few months and some expense on my part, faxing the CC company evidence of my attempts to make this right with RCL until the CC company reversed the charges. I have now received a collection notice from them, threatening to send me to a collection agency and affecting my credit rating. I need to sell legal action against these scam artists.
here is their email to me which was flagged as junk mail by Outlook

Dear Customer,
To date the balance on your Order # remains unpaid.
Your order was successfully delivered and charges were chargedback by your credit card agency. You're now in default and at risk of further collections.
You had agreed to our ‘Terms and Conditions’ and other policies prior to completing your order which you had the opportunity to opt out and cancel.
We would like to resolve this amicably as soon as possible. However, you have the merchandise and we have not been paid. As well, we have been billed extra fees from the credit card processing agency.
To prevent being transferred to an external collections agency, please settle this debt as soon as possible but no later than within the next 10 working days via e-transfer to [email protected] with your order# as the password
Transfer to an external collections agency will register negatively on your credit bureau and can also incur additional fees as well as the $45 chargeback fee and 2% per month (24% per annum) service charge on balance due.
Next steps:
Remit the outstanding balance via a method of payment as stated above.
Once the full balance is cleared, your online account will be reactivated and considered in good standing without prejudice.
Sincerely,
The Collections Team
