This company called me in April and said that they have really great and long lasting ink and they would like my business to try it and I would receive a LCBO gift card for trying it out I stupidly agreed as they did not tell me a cost. The toner got shipped and came with a packing slip that said $0 and the gift card. A month later, I get an invoice in the mail that says I owe $299.44 for ONE cartridge. I tried emailing them but of course their email bounces back as not real. Someone called me today, in JUNE and said I owe them the money. I said that I was never told that I would owe money and the lady I spoke with told me that it was free. She said that is not true and that we are to pay the bill. I used the ink and figured since I used it I would pay the bill. not 30 days later another shipment arrived. I called to let them know I did not order it and how can I return it. Jennifer told me that the ink is already paid for since it was a two part trial and not to worry. I asked her to assure me that our CC would not be billed and she said they do not keep the card # on file. I then received another invoice for the product that was supposedly already paid for. When I called the office again Jennifer was soooooo Incredibly rude. she denied ever having a conversation with me and said that the product in non returnable and if I don't pay she would see me in court. and proceeded to hang up the phone on me accusing me of harassing her.

This company offered me an ink cartridge at $180. The cartridge was received and paid for.

A month later I get a call saying they short shipped as it should have been two cartridge's and will send it out immediately.

Two months later I received a call saying I owed for the second cartridge.

They will not take the second cartridge back due to covid.

The woman on the phone said this is Canada and they are not giving out product for free.

After researching this company I found many complaints where people had been mislead in the same way.

..since this is identical situation of a previous complaint..i will cut/paste {below}...(First 2 cartridges were received and paid for...when the third cartridge was received..I called to inform we did not order any more and they can have courier pickup...she was rude and said.."I'll see you in court")

{Received a call from Somerset offering a "deal" on what was reportedly a high-yield toner cartridge. For accepting her phone call, the caller/seller was including a LCBO card as a gift. Fine, I'll try a new toner, nothing to lose. 3 months later, I receive a call from the same company saying how sorry she was for the misunderstanding, but that her colleague was supposed to include 2 cartridges in my first order and that she was going to send out that second cartridge now and another LCBO card as an apology. Great! Received this second package with a new toner, no gift card and...wait...an invoice?!? OK, maybe the invoice was a mistake so I left it at that. Received a call today from Somerset to follow up with my invoice that I received looking for payment. I stated that I did not agree to purchasing a second toner; very rudely I am them told she never said she was sending it for free. I told her that I am now going to file a complaint online. She didn't care and now after reading numerous 'beware of scam' reviews online for using the exact same tactics, I realize I am not the first one she has done this to. DO NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.}
