They advertise cute chihuahua puppies for sale. They charge $400 and say they will pay for shipping. They have you send a wire transfer in the name of Paul Tyler. Once the get that they say that the puppy is at the shipper. Shipper calls and send a bill for $680 for pet insurance. They also want a wire transfer that is supposed to be refunded upon delivery of the puppy. The wire transfer goes to william Shengo. The next day they email and say that the weather service advised them that a climate controlled carrier is needed for $474. Walmart alerted to this and stopped the transfer.
