This business is based out of Indio and is a Pool Servicing company that goes about duping residents who employ him to service their pools. He was employed on our property as of 2022 until recently. Mr. Jasso collects monthly payments and does not service the account. He also has his worker showing up on people's properties to unplug or destroy pool units and equipments, then asks for thousands of dollars in repairs. Mr. Jasso has used this method to extort funds from unsuspecting customers. Apparently, this is an ongoing practice for him and his company, Royalty Pool Repair aka Royalty Pool Repairs LLC. Every attempt to reach this business after these dealings prove impossible, he also refuses to respond to text messages or take phone calls. I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau to protect others, especially the elderly folks who live here in the Coachella Valley Region who might be taken advantage of, and might be unaware of his fraudulent activities.
