…………THE ABOVE BUSINESS' ARE SCAMMERS AND ARE IMPERSONATING MICROSOFT....THEY SAID THEY WORK FOR MICROSOFT AS A THIRD PARTY DOING TECH SUPPORT FOR THEM.

MARK, KEVIN AND VERONICA (all have Pakistani accent) are SCAMMERS.

They led me to believe they were legitimate. The "fake" MicroSoft Warning said my computer was infected with Pornographic Spyware and Riskware. My computer froze up (I couldn't shut my computer off) and couldn't stop woman's voice till I called the # 877-769-5564 phone number. They accessed my computer and charged me $249.99 to clean-up a "fake" infection/virus they created themselves which included 1 yr future tech support.(phn 855-816-3635) They gave me "fake" confirmation numbers, "fake' Vmak Support Service #, and installed computer programs, and 1 yr tech support.

I had continued computer problems and contacted my provided. My provider told me to contact the ScamPulse.com in California.for it sounded like a scam to them. ScamPulse.com told be to phone MicroSoft because they too thought this was a scam. MicroSoft said they do not have 3rd parties and this was a SCAM. MicroSoft charged me $149.00 to "clean-up" and delete programs the Scammers did to my computer. I contacted the BBB in Illinois to report this scam. I reported it to the Police Dept, and other agencies. I canceled all my credit cards and currently in the process of receiving a credit of $249.99 from my credit card company.

Kevin left me a voicemail, his phone number was 866-711-5711--- this phone number is no longer in use

Ph: # 855-816-3635 - is still valid --- BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS....they will not confirm their website because they took down their website. They are still PRETENDING to be a legitimate business but they are NOT.... they are SCAMMERS

Ph: # 801-893-3884 ---- rings and rings and ring..... a fake phn number

*** BEWARE*** ***SCAMMERS***

My Father is an elderly shut in who knows very little about computers. Twice this "company" was able to convince him that his computer was full of viruses and they are the only people that can fix it. He was informed that they work for Microsoft and that if he did not pay them that Microsoft would disable his computer and he would no longer be able to use it! When he asked them what would happen if he just got a new computer, he was informed that it would make no difference whatsoever and that his "viruses" were infecting other computers in his area!! He really doesn't know ANYTHING about computers and apparently didn't learn his lesson the first time and paid these people!! The first time they completely took over his computer and did GOD knows what. This time they were able to take over his computer and he was at a loss as what to do. When they called AGAIN (they actually call DAILY) they convinced him to pay up! Instantly he was able to use his computer again! I believe this is a total SCAM who is preying on the elderly who do not know better! The "company" calls themselves Safe Tech Solutions and I believe they are in India. Also, they convinced him to give them personal information and created an e-mail address with that information through mail.com. I managed to get the info from my Father and sure enough, I was able to sign into this e-mail account with his information!!! I deleted it immediately! The telephone number is (855) 816-3635.

A warning notice popped up on the computer screen with a phone number to contact concerning an issue with the computer. When the number was called, they gave a code to enter and then took over the computer. It was a scam.

Consumer got a pop up alert. Was told to call a number. Consumer called and was told she had been hacked. Consumer provided business with her password, checking account number, address, PayPal and phone number.
