Paid advertisement on Facebook for an immersive Van Gogh event coming to Boston. Had an email waitlist and detailed website along with it. Tickets were purchased through the app called FEVER. My partner got excited and wanted to look more into it and found discrepancies. Two different websites with opposing dates for the exhibit. Not something seen on mobile facebook was that the page is coming from someone in SPAIN. Some digging also brought up that "Secret Media Boston" and "FEVER" are both run by KZEMOS TECHNOLOGIES SL, how convenient. The tickets being sold are for dates that the exhibit will not actually be running and they refuse any and all refunds. They are pretending to be secretboston.net and using very well made websites to make it appear legit, only on desktop was the fact the posts were coming from Spain was visible.
