Made an order in December. Got a tracking #. Waited to see if it would come in. Nothing! Now the support email doesn't work, website is gone and I'm out $ and product. I can not get ahold of anyone. My tracking # doesn't exist either when I try to track it. I've emailed every month since I received the tracking #. This was a Christmas gift. Baby Yoda is a scam I see.

I had the same experience ordered two baby yoda’s back in December. They took my money and never sent anything. I have emailed and called hundreds of times and no response. Now they have changed their name to The Trend Harbor.

This company is a scam! I've email several times with no response, the customer service number always goes to a voice mail telling you to email. Them.. Never responds, i ordered a product on march 8th, they took the payment, and that was the end of it.

I placed order an order for a baby Yoda, on December 13, 2020. I have not received this order. I received a tracking number, but no update on order being offered or anything. It just says order placed. I have tried calling twice but no answer. I have also emailed three times but no response.

This company took my money and I can't get ahold of them and I have received nothing.

I ordered a Baby Yoda for a Christmas present on December 13th. Payment went through on my credit card on December 15, 2020. I have called their phone number several times and no one answers and it does not sound like a legit company phone number. I have sent emails. I have tried to track my package but they want me to download a tracking app which I am not willing to do because I don't trust them. A lot of angry people commenting about this company on Facebook because they are going through the same thing!

Me and my daughter purchased 2 baby Yodas for Christmas presents for friends off a Facebook ad from shop zenity. We never received a confirmation email or text with tracking information as stated would be done per their website. We attempted to contact them through the phone number provided (goes to voicemail) and email provided for contact several times with no response. No product ever received.
