- Chardon, OH, USA

The website looks very familiar to usps website so I thought it was. I changed my address and it charged me 80 dollars

- Kinston, NC, USA

It greatly looks like usps website and they charge you $89 without telling you the charges. Please be cautious

- Minneapolis, MN, USA

They charged $80 for a post office address change and mimicked their website to look like the USPS site, which only charges $1.05 to change one's address.

This fraudulent website is made to look like the USPS website. It does not state when you click on the website that you will be paying 89 dollars for your address change. Once you have entered all your information in then it states that it will be $1.05 to change the address (just like it would be on the USPS website). In my bank statements a charge for $1.05 was processing and then about three hours later I received a new notification that now $89 dollars was pending on my account.

- Inver Grove Heights, MN, USA

First link to come up, wasn't paying attention and I've never changed my address so I didn't realize this was the wrong site. At the end they charged me $89.60. Do yourself a favor, look for the official usps website.

- Lancaster, CA, USA

The website makes itself seems as a USPS Change of address, but in reality they are not.

Perfectly mimicked the USPS website and all 5 first links on a Google search put the scammers first, all leading to the same page.

Pretended to be usps site and charged a lot of money for service that should be $1.05

It brought me directly to their website after I clicked the usps website or maybe it mimicked the official usps. I was charged $90 for an address change. When I read it through again it auto signs you up for a $60 subscription as well.It looked similar to the usps one as well.

I searched “USPS change address” on Google and this was the first website. I entered my information into what looked like a very good mimic of the USPS site, and they charged $89.75 to my account. There is no option in the email or automated text they send to cancel. They provide a phone number to call, and the call gives a variety of cancellation options, but there is never an ability to provide account info to actually cancel.
