This website is used for help finding solutions to quizzes and tests as well as with tutoring and selling books etc. There are many websites like this one but this one makes it impossible to cancel your subscription, impossible to remove your payment information, impossible for you to delete your account. You need to send them an email for all of the above, to witch they will never respond to. They will continue to charge your account until you call your bank or credit card company and have them block the transactions. It is absolutely terrible. Beyond that, the service itself did not help me with what I was looking for.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Once you paid fees to subscribe their online materials, you cannot remove or delete your bank account information. You have to email them and make a request in order for your bank account information to be removed on their website (it is my bank account why can't I remove it).

When you want to cancel the subscription, you have to fill in a form and include your date of birth and phone number in it (why these personal information are required to simply cancel the subscription?). And SolutionInn needs to review your subscription cancel request before you can successfully cancel it.
