i ordered a shirt for valentines day late early January. Never came, kept emailing them, getting deferred tracking information. Never ever got the item, and then when emailing them to get a refund - they kept trying to get me to reorder and that my address I put in was wrong. They kept asking me to reorder and pay 7.99 shipping fees. My last email still hasn't been answered and still no refund. CHINESE CRAPPY COMPANY

I placed an order on Jan.6th,& still haven’t heard a thing . My order # 4706 for $99.94 . I still haven’t got my order or heard a thing . I have pictures of the whole order . ( shoes , shirts, earrings and all )! Where is my order ? Jeanie D. Hunnicutt

I order a shirt as a Christmas present in late October. After many emails of them stating my shipment is in ‘International shipment’ I finally received the shirt approx Feb 19th. The spelling was incorrect on the shirt and I have been emailing back and forth with them almost daily regarding sending me a new shirt. Their response was they would send me a $5USD gift card for an item that paid $31.98. I have refused that offer and they keep sending same emails with ‘broken English’ now with gift card up to $9 USD. I still refuse they stated I can send shirt back which will cost me over $40 to send back but I must put on outside package the worth of less than $10 USD or customs will not let them accept it, once again I’ve refused saying I paid $31.98 for it with ‘free shipping’. And I would not lie to the US Gov’t but they not even taking that into consideration and keep sending generic emails.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE CROOKS!

placed on order on 1/22/2020 for Valentine's and St Patrick's Day merchandise. I paid to have the order expedited and assumed that I would have the items by 2/13 as there was no indication that the items were delayed. On 2/13, I checked the tracking system and was advised that "due to the high popularity of the product, we've received a large number of orders, so your shipment may take longer. Sorry about that. Much appreciated for your patience." The next communication that I had was on 2/24 when I requested for them to refund my money since it had been almost 3-4 weeks since my order. This is the message I received from customer service (in it's entirety as written): "Dear customer, Thanks for your mail. In order to guarantee the quality of products and delivery, we would do strict testing before the shipment,and all of our products are handmade,so the delivery time is a little longer. As I checked your order status, it shows:Your goods is packing & waiting in line for delivery, Sorry for waiting. We will give you the priority of shipment.Don't worry.Thx for your understanding." At this point, it is over 30 days...expediting is a moot point and I still do not have my merchandise.

I saw an ad on Facebook for gorgeous Valentine Clothes from a company named Stalpink. I placed my order on January 30, 2020 assuming I would have the clothes by 2/14/20, but wasn't really expecting that I would receive the order that soon since the terms stated they would ship standard delivery anywhere from 8 to 15 working days. I chose standard shipment and received a confirmation from them stating my order had been received and was given an order #. My total order for 3 items including a $5.00 discount and shipping was $64.96.

On 2/7/20, I sent an email to [email protected] inquiring on my order as I had not received any notification my order was getting close to being shipped, as well what was the name of the company handling the shipment.

On 2/10, I received a reply from [email protected] thanking me for the email and further stated they received my payment and are still processing my order and due to the item I ordered was selling well in the market, the order demand is really large. "So it need more time than usual. We will arrange to ship it once order packed well, hope you can be patient." Those 2 sentences sent up a RED FLAG, as the grammar was incorrect.

On 2/16, I sent another email to [email protected] explaing that I was seriously concerned about my order. I further stated, "I understand you had an overwhelming response but the availability of the items should have been considered before they were advertised. I stated that I felt I should be reimbursed for shipping charges. I have been patient, I was not expecting the order to arrive by Valentines Day, but I would at least like to have them by 2/21 which the event I was attending, the items were perfect to wear and I was counting on having them at least by that date. I received an email that states "Thanks for you mail. In order to guarantee the quality of the products and delivery, we would do strict testing before the shipment, and all of our products are handmade, so the delivery time is a little longer. As I checked your order status it shows: Your goods is packing & waiting in line for delivery. Sorry for waiting. We will give you the priority of shipment. Don't worry. Thx for your understanding." Seriously, RED FLAG again.

Today, 2/24 I sent another email stating how totally disappointed I was with customer service and the website. I further stated, I now realize this company is a scam. Explained that I would be contacting ScamPulse.com and put in a complaint against the so called company called Stalpink. I received an email back stating "Due to the item you ordered is selling-well in the market, order demand is really large. So it need more time than usual. We will arrange to ship it once order packed well, hope you can be patient.

So this is where I am, I am notifying BBB, and calling my cc co to report a scam and have the account closed. The website has a lock symbol that is supposed to be an indication this is a trust worthy site. Oh well, guess that's not always the case.

I was on Facebook and saw an add for Stalpink and they had Vanlentine clothes for sale. Placed my order the first week of January and they said 8 to 10 days shipping time.

By the 28th of January I still hadn't received my merchandise and my money was removed from my account.I will probably never see that cash again.

I emailed what is suppose to be their customer service and they told me on January 29th that my items where in line to ship.

Here it is February 13 and the clothes that I purchased for Valentines Day never came. Big surprise those of us who work for our money get scammed by the lazy ***  that only now how to steal for a living.
