I was called stating that they needed to speak to my husband. Saying that chargers headphones filed against him in court. He needed to call them immediately or papers will be served. They did not give any identifying information. After calling them back a third time I finally got the name of the company. They also called every single person’s cell phone number in my side of the family. There point of contact was my cell phone number not her house phone number we have a landline. We have not received any paperwork via the mail. And they would not give us any details at all over the phone. Spoke with the Ohio Attorney General’s office. Verified it was a scam

I received a phone call saying that this person was a court processor and they wanted to come over and have me sign some papers. I said " What is this regarding?" And they said they couldn't tell me. So they gave me a 800 number to call.

So I dialed that number and they said that I had to be transferred over to one of their departments. And so they transferred me over there and they gave me a case number and asked me for my birth date. I just said that I can't give you any information and they did say that this was regarding a lawsuit, but they wouldn't say from who or what or anything like that. I hung up and I waited a little while and I asked them who they were and asked them their address and they would not tell me unless I gave them a case number that they had on file. And so I hung up the phone. I tried to call the number that this so called court processor called from. I called at least three or four times and no one picked up the phone. They also called my son and threatened him as well. They said they are trying to contact me so that they can come over and have me sign some papers. When I called the court, there is nothing on file in regards to any sort of case with me. The court also said that they don't call people up on the phone. If they want to serve papers they just come over.

My dad received a phone call from someone saying that i had pending charges and I had to go to court in the morning to face charges of check fraud. They gave him a case number and phone number for me to call. I immediately called them and they preceded to tell me that I had a pending lawsuit and charges and that I had to appear in court the next morning in Dallas Texas. They told me that I had a payday loan with some company that I have never heard of. He said that if I did not pay today their private investigator would be serving me paperwork and pressing charges for check fraud and that they needed my address so they could come and serve me paperwork. I told him i had no idea what he was talking about. He asked if i wanted to settle now amd i said no. Once i told him no he transfered me to a lady that bacucally repeated everything the guy told me. I spoke to 4 different people and each time the name of the company changed I told them i wanted to review their website and they told me they didn't have one because they were a private litigation company.one other person told me they were a legal service company. I asked for any phone numbers I could call and verify the information they were telling me and they told me they did not have any phone number I could call besides the one they initially gave to my father. They refused to give me any information about the company besides the fact that I needed to pay them to avoid jail time.
