I was supposed to buy e-cigarettes from Steve Jones, I got his number and store in Instagram, and he was messaging me in Whatsapp (since I inquired there). Payments were made through Zelle QuickPay, and they even had a fake courier website that shows the status of my order. The courier company kept asking for money, and I, who was desperate to get the package, was gullible and gave my money. It also stated in their email that I will be getting the package and refunds back. They promised that the package will be delivered within 2 days (from Cali to Utah), but never arrived. Up until now that I am in New Jersey, I never got the package and refunds.
