I ordered a set of custom car mats for my car. They were to be custom made just for my car. I later found out that they came from China. When I received them, they did not fit which made them useless. I contacted [email protected] to let them know that they did not fit and that I needed to be refunded my purchase price. They requested detailed videos of the fit. I supplied 3 videos (twice). I have never heard from them again. I placed the order with them November 4th 2020. Order # 1682. Seven weeks later, I received the mats. Their terms of service states if the mats dont fit, a refund is allowed. ALL COMMUNICATIONS IS MUTE, IVE BEEN SCAMMED!
