Found company on FB (TAMPA AUTO PARTS), found product I was interested in purchasing, paid via PayPal, said shipper would contact me, received text message from Shipper (Mastermind Exports) requiring a $350 payment for insurance only by PayPal or CashApp, wouldn't take any other payment, said I would get a refund on insurance once delivered (who refunds insurance? NOBODY) I asked for a refund since I was not told I had to pay for insurance and was told they wouldn't do that. So I'm out $400 and no product.
