I am receiving info from Mary Clark to sign a 14 day agreement for employment. My concern is it sounds too good to be true. The salary offered 35.00 for full time and 30.00 for part time. Remote part time was the area I was considering. Please advice if Tarland is actually hiring in this manner. I have not submitted information as of yet.

I have been trying to find remote jobs as a stay at home mom to help support my family financially. I have an Accounting degree and have been applying for several jobs via Indeed.com. Kimberly Tidwell with Tarland Logistics Services reached out to me with a job offer. This job would pay me $34.40/hour part-time and $38.40/hour full-time. I was also informed that I would need to complete a paid 14 day trial period prior to them deciding to officially hire me. I needed to provide a selfie holding the contract, agreeing to the 14 day trial, my banking information (for what I thought was direct deposit) and a picture of my driver's license. After starting the trial, I did literally no work for the first 4-5 days. I was just available during business hours. Kimberly kept stating that she was "waiting for instructions" just as I was. I finally got my first task today. Supposedly a client of this company was going to send me $989 to my checking account. I then would have to pull this money out via going to an ATM, then going to a Bitcoin ATM (which she provided the address for) to deposit it. I wasn't too happy about doing this at all. I got a request to SEND money to a "Cari Gormoles" with an email address of "[email protected]" via Zelle. But no money was ever deposited. Kimberly has been ignorant to the fact that I never received money in the amount of $989. All I received was the request, of which I sent her via screenshot. She wanted me to send her screenshots of my bank account, which I refused to do. I ended the "trial" immediately and told her I have no interest in playing into this scam anymore. Please be mindful when applying to remote jobs, especially nowadays.

I believe my daughter is being scammed by this job offer. There is no business licensed in Virginia under that name and the address doesnt seem to be connected to that company. Shy of their own website they have no internet presence. They are telling her there is a 14 day probationary period and then they will send her a check and offer her a job. Now they want her to send a copy of her driver license.

I was offered a job all remote only to find out it was a scam ! Scary part is they wanted me to fill out papers and take a picture of myself holding my drivers license! Do NOT reply to them or give them any information !

Indeed.com and users of Indeed.com!

Beware self and business scamming me and Indeed is Tarland. I received an email from a company that used my information on www.indeed.com website claiming to have an opportunity for everything I was searching for in employment. I did an engine search instead of reviewing their fraud company website they used in their email, and nothing comes up. I searched their address and it says it is vacant and no record of this company. I did a name search of the HR who reached out to me via email and they don’t exist. Be careful using this job websites to find you a job. It seemed to good. What caught my eye is they said remote job twice but the last one wanting my information listed the job place as in office. So I dug.

BBB Note: Please notified the postal inspector in your area when you are offered a job where you accept and resend packages to another destination, it could be a type of mail fraud that the postal inspector needs to be made aware of and investigated by their office.

I had received a email with a remote job opportunity. When asked to fill out paper work I was also asked to take a “selfie” holding the paperwork and my drivers license!
