Terrence Davenport is a Vivint door to door salesman who is using that company to promote is personal business as a home improvement contractor. He sold us the security system for our home while promoting himself as a licensed contractor. He was hired ti paitn our entire home, build a privacy fence, install a butlers pantry and screened patio. He and his wife LaEsha Davenport aka LaEsha Moore along with their children which they're also using as part of the scam, gave us a signed contract with an agreed upon amount of $15,334.00, afterward starting the work he advised us he had under quoted us $3,609.13 which he was given. He never completed painting our home, the fence, butlers pantry, or screening in our patio. We last saw him July 22nd, he advised us they(he and his wife he lied about having a work his wife is his crew) would be back in a week because they has to register their kids for school. We called him several times he lied again stating they;ll be back at the end od the week they have yet to arrive. This man cursed me, told me to get the f off his phone, will no longer accept our calls. He texted my husband 09/28/23 claiming he wants to make it right, he just go out of jail and he wants to make things right. Those where more lies. We have obtained and attorney and we will be filing charges as well as suing Terrence and LaEsha Davenport and Vivint . These people need to be stopped and jailed. He is not nor has never been licensed and we've found out he has done this to others. We want our money back plus money for the damages to our home.
