Called thinking they were Apple Customer Service to fix problem with AirTag. Asked to share my iPhone screen and then collected a lot of personal information. Hacked my PayPal, changed my notifications and login name, tried to get me to do something with bitcoin and download some code to my computer. They didn’t manage to get anything but it took me three days to finally get rid of them.

I did not call the number they provided. I marked they attempted to take money because they implied they charged my account. I have not done business with Norton-real nor scam. I am going to alert the bank.

Calls and leaves a message “My subscription” is running out and they are going to charge me $399.00 and when I call them back it , I’m talking to Iranians who tell me my computer protection has expired! I tell them I don’t have a computer! And they keep calling me, even when I block them & Call me back on another number # 601-282-9153 from Meridian, MS.

Investigate please! Thank you!
