I (***) received an email about making money online by posting ads which sounded pretty easy given my experience and proficiency with social media. I had to watch three videos and purchase three programs totaling over three hundred dollars. when I got past that I was told I would be entering screening process to determine which program would be best for me. I called (1-877-613-4330) and was told someone would be calling back within 15 minutes I received a call from Matthew Wattson (702-963-0313). he asked me personal questions, financial questions and then told me E-bay would be the best choice for me. he said additional investment would be required, between 6 and 8 thousand dollars for startup, none of which was ever mentioned on the three hour discussion I had had with him, he was also asking for credit card and other personal account information. I said I felt that what they were doing was dishonest and misleading, at this point I told Matt I would have to think about it some more and get back to him. A few minutes later I called back the number I had purchased initial program from to ask for a refund but was met with constant excuses and offers to discount the program and general refusal acknowledge my request for a refund.

At this point I (***) got on the phone with the gentleman and demanded that he comply with Amy's request for a refund but was also met with deflection and excuses. I told the gentleman that if he did not refund the money immediately that I would contact the BBB, the state attorney general and any news station that was interested in the story, again no refund, even after stating that they were "willing" to refund us the money but when pressed to do so continued to deflect and divert the conversation. I was very angry at this point and did raise my voice but did not make anything personal or vulgar, it was at this point that the gentleman on the phone called me arrogant and rude so I hung up the phone. Not long after that we received a call back from Matthew Wattson who wanted to know what the problem was, I explained the situation to him and he also stated that they were a legitimate company and were willing to refund our money but again when pressed to do so would only deflect and divert the conversation. I had really lost my patience at this point but again was not making personal attacks or being disrespectful, I simply demanded our money be refunded. It was at this point that Matthew Wattson had the nerve to actually call me a [censored]. Again I hung up the phone. He called back two more times, managed to reiterate that I was a *** twice more, I stated that no legitimate business of any kind would ever speak to a customer in this manner under any circumstances and after arguing with these guys for about a half an hour and not receiving any kind of productive response, that was pretty much the end of our conversation.
