I ordered 50 face masks and paid $64.50 for them. My order number was 29708. I reached out 4 times via email and received a message back that they were filling orders for doctors, hospitals, etc. first and then they were going to send mine out. The order was placed in February 2020. My bank account was charged, and I have not received my masks yet!

same as the other people i ordered from them and never received anything, i lost about
$70.00, they said were filling up orders for hospitals, and shortly they will be sending my order but we are talking from April and didn't get anything up to these day.
Not a very trusted business neither serious.

My complaint is like everyone else's. Paid for 50 disposable masks for $64.95 and have yet to see a one of them. Order #33611. Of course, the money was taken out of my checking account so they have their money but where are my masks?

ordered face masks in March. After contacting web address often I would get a standard reply saying I would get the masks. Never happened. Now no replies and no website.

I ordered some masks on april 16th, and still 3 months later have not received anything. It was an order of 50 masks for $69.90 which included RUSH SHIPPING. I have emailed this company at least 5 times and everytime I get the same canned email response.

I believe this company is a scam. No phone number is provided for this company.

Same experience as everyone else: ordered masks, "canned" response to multiple inquiries, still no masks. Filed a fraud complaint with my credit card carrier, who credited my account for the charges paid. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I order masks in March and never received my order. I sent numerous emails but the same email appears. Attached is the response I receive each time I inquire about my refund. This is a scam and I am reporting this so no one else is affected by this bogus company.

I ordered masks over two months ago. My order is #19960. I have requested a refund numerous times, however, I get the message about supplying hospitals and UPS orders being backed up. I understand your company's position, however, I have requested a refund and I keep getting the same message. I am kindly requesting no more excuses, just my refund, please.

I too placed an order on April 9 for my business for masks. It is sad that they take a pandemic to steal from innocent people. I too look at that picture on their website and can only feel sorry for them because karma is a bi**h! Hope all of these $99. that you have been stealing works for you!

As like everyone else, I ordered masks which I never received but they sure took my money. I emailed them and received the generic email back. The fake picture of all the thieves sitting around have a BBQ makes me want to hurl. Wish I could see all of them in orange jumpsuits.

My story is the same as the rest...I ordered 100 masks on 4-19-2020. Was immediately charged $99.95 with a guarantee to ship my masks within 18 hours. I have emailed them 8 times and get the same ridiculous robo-response. I'm beyond angry.

Ordered disposable face mask on line on April 16th for 64.95 ; finally emailed them on May 13 th and the sent me a response that they guarantee to deliver as quickly as possible but due to the virus they are behind because they sent 60 % of their mask to the hospitals and plus UPS is taking longer with delivery( they apologized for the delay but ended with Stay Home!... I responded that I understood and thank them for getting back to me . Couple weeks later still no masks so emailed them again and let them know that I need my mask or money so I can buy them elsewhere and that they should of let me know if it was going to take month( it said 2-4 weeks) I got the same response that I got the first time???- love how they tell you to stay home ( people work) I also messaged them and the said Thanks for contacting them and appreciate me reaching out and will reply ASAP( ending with a ❤️) - email I got is [email protected] and I messaged them on their website

Trying to purchase disposable face masks and disposable gloves for my family.

Never got any communication that order was processing or shipped.

Sent email a month later asking for update and was given a standard response that they were overwhelmed with orders and it would be coming

Same as everyone. We are a doctors office. I ordered 100 masks on 4/3/2020. They took $112.24 from my account right away. Have tried to contact them 8 or 9 times via different avenues. No response. Said 18 hour ship. total scam. This is going to my lawyer.

I ordered 800 masks for our church to use for our congregation and to help in the community. It’s been a month, no masks and $800 immediately charged to my credit card. Sent an email and received the same automated reply just as someone indicated above. I’m sorry that everyone has been taken advantage of. I sincerely hope all is resolved but it doesn’t look good. I certainly want to give people the benefit of the doubt in a difficult situation, but I am preparing to submit a grievance/claim with our State Attorney General, our bank and credit card company, and if necessary the FBI or other law enforcement concerning wire fraud.

Ordered masks 4/16/2020 for assured supply and quick shipping. Now on 5/15/2020 still no masks, charges deducted from credit card acct, and only canned email response if I try to gather info on order. Result is no masks, no money and no response, I only hope they get taken to task for taking advantage of this situation.

guaranteed 18hr shipping, 24 day later, no up dates nothing, just a generic response every time I try to contact em, about cove19 SMH 50masks $65, had to buy em somewhere else, when it became mandatory to wear em, SMH

Paid for 50 masks on 8 April 2020 @5:06pm, 3-4 day delivery. @$64.95. Still no masks on 11 May 2020. ALL BULL[censored].
