Received a call from with the Texas Board of Nursing phone number. The person identified himself as Brian Hobbs, TBON investigation officer. Saying that my license was suspended because the TBON was conducting a investigation about me being involved in a abandoned car filled with prescription meds at HWY 90, supposedly the med found was connected to my nurse license number and with that they discovered that I also had several bank accts opened. "Mr Hobbs" told me that I have been followed for over a week and that they (TBON investigators) believed someone close to me was using my name and license number to di all that... that would be the reason why I should not talk about this situation to anyone because everyone was a suspect and that my family and I was in danger. Mr. Hobbs and a FBI agent wanted me to sign a cooperation documentation where I would be honest with them about all the information and also pay a Bond fee of $14,400 wired to U.S Federal Policy Act of 1992.

I received a faxed documentation supposedly from TBON for my nurse license suspension and also a cooperation agreement with the bond fee value from US Department of Justice.

I did not sign nor made any payment to them. A police report was filled. TBON was notified about the incident.
