I was ordering wedding favors for my wedding that is in less than 2 months. I placed my order on June 21, 2016 and I was charged in full: $166.00 for the products the same day. We have not received the order, which is much later than the stated date of receipt. Additionally, after several requests for information regarding the order and not a single returned email, the business finally stated through a Facebook message, "Your Huggers are scheduled to ship out on Friday". and then again with, " as soon as I ship it I will email you a tracking receipt." We patiently wait for Friday and, like all of the other attempts to get information, nothing was sent our way. While the business was still posting pictures of new products on their Instagram page, I commented saying that I have still not received a tracking number, I got this response; "The messenger thing for my page doesn't work on my phone so I have to use my computer. I'm not home at the moment but I will send it to you later." We have not received the confirmation or the items. Now I am no longer receiving responses.
