The Luxery Club Reports & Reviews (1)

- Saint Paul, MN, USA

I was sent an email telling me a qualified for a prize from Costco. I think I had to pay shipping and that's how they got my finance information.

The company is called The Luxery Club and is based out of San Diego, CA, but he (Steve) couldn't give me the street address because he could not disclose that information. Phone number is 855-200-2566. I received the original watch, had a charge on my bank statement. Meanwhile my bank called with a possible fraud charge showing. Asked me if I had ordered a free watch at some time. Said I had to call the company to get the money back.

Received the second watch the next month and was charged $98.95 and am not allowed to return it because it fell outside the ORIGINAL 14 day return time (but he said 30 days the first time he mentioned it). Steve said he was cancelling my "membership", gave me a confirmation number and after pushing the issue, he finally told me he was refunding the $98.95 and I would see that in a few days.

I never signed up for this club. Steve said I did by ordering the "free" watch. He had a very strong latino accent. Told me I didn't need to get pushy. I wasn't. I talked in a calm voice but after mentioning that I wouldn't get my money back so my only recourse was to contact the Better Business Bureau, he then said he was refunding the $98.95.

Don't fall for the free prize from Costco email....it's a scam.
