I received an email that all of the '*** ***' buyers had BOUGHT INTO the Luxia No. 7 Collagen Serum & wanted to share it, as a sample, & all you had to pay was the S/H - about $8. I called & ordered only the 2 samples even though they tried to sell several other items. It took about 11 days for it to get here & I was busy then so I didn't try it out. When our credit card statement came, they had charged me with the S/H BUT ALSO $98 for one product & $97 for the other one.

I called & they said it had been 14 days from the time I ordered until they charged my card. (But it took 11 days for me to get it & I DIDN'T KNOW THAT I ONLY HAD 14 DAYS BEFORE THEY WOULD CHARGE MY CARD.) I called 3 times & got 3 different people. The first one claimed she couldn't even find me in their orders. The others sent me an email saying they had cancelled my order but COULDN'T REFUND WHAT WAS CHARGED TO MY CARD!!

I received an e-mail saying the Shark Tank group were backing this company and was offering these products for free, I just had to pay for shipping. Had they not had the Shark Tank group in their advertisement I would have figured it was a scam. However with the Shark tank group in the advertisement I believed they were promoting it,

I purchased the product on 9/1/17 I don't recall when I received the product, certainly not the same day. Our account was billed $198 on Sept. 15th. I call immediately and was told that I passed the 14 day trial period and the charge was for the product received. The add specifically says it is a free trial. I will try to contact my bank to see what can be done but as of right now I'm out about $200.00.

This place offers you a free sample for a shipping charge. Then when you get the product there is two different products and they are two separate shipping charges even though they both came in the same box. No where does it tell you that you need to cancel or you will get automatically billed some ridiculous amount every month. I happened to call and ask what the full charges would be which was $98 for a small jar of skin cream. I said I want to cancel all future orders and was given a confirmation number and they said they would be no further shipments. 14 days later I have a charge for $98 on my card. I called again and told them I had cancelled it and have a confirmation number which they said it hadn't been cancelled and that they would refund me the $98. I called back the next day and asked how long it would take to refund me the charges and also told them that I was charged an insufficient funds fee from my bank for a different payment that I had tried to make not knowing that that $98 had been charged to my account. They said that it would be 5 to 7 business days like I had said and that they are not responsible for those insufficient fund fees and there's nothing they can do about it.

I was on FACEBOOK and an add came up advertising the product LUXIA NO7. It said it was a free trial. I clicked on it to get my free trail .entered my information and other offers kept coming up. Never did I see that I had to cancel within 14 days. A free trial is a free trial. So...on the 15th day I get billed 97.47 I called the telephone # to speak to someone about the fact that I had not ordered this product as an ongoing aggreement to have this shipped every month. After asking for my money , I then was told that I had missed the 14 cancellation period. They hung up on me three times because they didn't want hear what I had to say. I eventually got them to refund me 48.00 By the way I had also asked her ten o make sure she cancel the entire thing. Next month ,again I was charged another 97.47. I was livid. Again I call and asked why they had taken money out of my account when I had resolved this issue last mont. OHHH , because the girl had only cancelled one part of the order!!! Again .I demand they return my money and this time I could only get 48.00. I had to go to my bank and close my account out!!! BY the way I didnt even get the products that they charged me for. This co is a crock!!! You cant

I am reporting on behalf of my mother. She states that she visited a site (exact web address unknown) and began to purchase a free sample and only pay for shipping for the Luxia No. 7 Collagen Serum & Hydrofirm moisturizer. She began to put in info, but in the middle of transaction, she deleted her info because she kept receiving pop up ads within the site asking to purchase more items, before she could even continue, she deleted her info, and backed out of the site and closed it. When she got her items in the mail, she figured it was just a free trial. Then she got two more boxes with products, and an invoice that didn't even list the price on it. She contacted the company, and asked for a refund, stated she did not want them, they said that she could not, there are no refunds, and there is no supervisor. She opened her bank statement to find she was billed at least $100 twice in January, and just finding out about it. She is afraid she may have more charges on her February statement, which she has not received yet from her financial institution. It appears that this company is engaging in illegal practices, they have done this to several other people online. They were also very rude when we called their so called customer service number. The part that is really strange is that she never really hit the 'buy now' button to complete the sale, tried to back out, but it was too late. There is no reason for them to be capturing someone's credit card numbers and processing payment without someone reading and agreeing to clear terms, and clicking on go, ok, payment confirmation button or something. They are thieves, plain and simple and should be banned from doing business online.
