This company is a BIG [censored]ING SCAM! I want my money back or I want my product!

I had made a purchase online from them back in April 2020 and have not heard anything from them after they sent me my conformation number and took the money out of my account. I still to this day December 2020 have not received my product or a refund of money from them. I have tried to contact them several times and have never heard anything!

I bought 4 items for 2 friends of mine. 2 bottle warmers and 2 diaper bags and never got the items.

Thats what it was... 2 diaper bags & 2 bottle warmers. I never received them. I highly upset I spent $100 on it and never received it. Not to mention I spent the money on something that wasn’t for me and never got it!?????

I spent $100 on 4 baby items. 2 bottle warmers, and 2 other items several months ago that I never received. It would be very nice to refund my money back.

I am furious that I fell for this scam. I first heard of "The Newborn Queen" products on a Facebook ad. They advertised for a cute diaper bag, which of course was very targeted to me at the time when I was in need of one. The post had thousands of likes and hundreds of comments and, after clicking on some of the commenters' profiles, the comments seemed to come from real people.

I decided to purchase one of these bags, which came out to $40 and some change. I had to put in my debit card info and my shipping/billing address. Immediately I received a confirmation email from the website saying my order was confirmed, gave me a confirmation number, and was told I would be notified when my package was shipped.

My bank account was charged the next day. I noted that this "company" is based in Sweden because the charge in my account was addressed to the business name in Stockholm, Sweden.

I waited a little over 3 weeks before I got frustrated enough to contact them about my purchase for the first time. I sent an email stating my order confirmation number and asked for at least an estimate for how much longer it would take to ship my purchase to me. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since the product was supposedly coming from another country (although they had no information about their actual location on their website, under further investigation). After a week of no response I sent another email to their "help" line and told them I would be demanding a refund if I continued to hear nothing from them. A couple of weeks after that second email I decided to report them to the FTC.

I have since sent a third email officially asking for a refund (although I have no faith in that happening at this point). When I click on the links from the original confirmation email that would take me either to their store website or the page with my order information, both come up with an error message. Hopefully that means they have been shut down, but if it is a temporary issue and it comes back online, please do NOT buy a product from them. It will be $40 you will never get a product for and will never get back.
