The problem with the card is there were many inappropriate questions, one side in English and the other in Spanish. The questionnaire asked what type of water was used, the amount of the weekly grocery bill, if the person owned or was buying a home, if the person was employed, was the person retired, and in what age bracket the person was, along with other questions. A small sample vial was included with the card which promoted an offer for a free community water test. It included instructions on filling the vial with tap water, and leaving it in the same location as the card. Since I work with water, I was skeptical and looked up the company. The company sells expensive water purification systems.

Everyone on my street received this.
