The Sollar Project Reports & Reviews (1)

- Oviedo, FL, USA

I keep receiving calls from a number with the same area code as my own. They know my name and phone number and tell me they're from The Solar Project and want to know if I'm interested in solar energy. I have asked before how they got my phone number, and they say that someone in my household filled out a form or something indicating they are interested in solar power. It wasn't me, my husband, or my 9-year old child, so this is completely false. I just found their website (http://the-solar-project.com/) and I clicked on the "Why are we calling?" section. In this section of their own website, it states: In order to get a call from us, you must request that we contact you. We only call individuals who have done one of the following:

Completed a form on one of our solar sites asking to be contacted by a solar specialist.

Checked “Yes” to speak to a solar specialist on one of our advertisements that we have placed on our partners’ Web sites.

Requested to speak to a solar specialist through an email or banner advertisement.

Nobody in my household has done any of these things. The Solar Project is making false representations on their website and I am tired of being called when I have repeated told them that I am not interested and that my number is listed on the national do not call list. They don't care and they keep calling me almost every day.
