The Umbra Supply Reports & Reviews (21)

Placed an order for a product to supposedly lower the electric bill way back in June of last year 2020, never got the product.

I just talked to the Cheyenne Wyoming business licensing that company is not licensed that is a fake address how can we find where the location of this owner or the people that got the money how can we find their location

Before I bought they said item was guaranteed after I found out that it was fraud I tried to make contact with the Umbra supply company and now they are ignoring all my messages

Before I bought the electric saving device I asked if it was guaranteed they said yes that was 5 months ago it is not a scam it is fraud I would like to find enough people get a class act lawsuit going because this item did not save me no electricity in fact it cost me $8 more

I bout the electric saving device 5 months ago when I bout it they garenteed that it worked well in fact it does not work at all my electric bill went up by $8 dollars they are ignoring all my meageses this is not scam it is froud let's get people to gather and start a class act suit

I ordered one of the so called electric saving devices and after weeks of not receiving it I called my credit card company and had them take it off my card. Then about a week after that I got it and by then I had read all the reviews of what a scam it was so I just put it in the cupboard and never opened it. There was no return address on it and it was sort of beat up looking. Then a month later my credit card company notifies me that Umbra contacted them and said the charge was valid because I did receive it. So I sent them a letter along with pictures and many reviews of what a scam their company is and I told them I would gladly send it back if I have an address to send it to that I could verify they got it back. All this I sent through a secure link to my credit card company and they still won't take it off. I have to prove it is a scam company but all the reviews are not enough. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I might be able to do next? It is not the $44.93 but the fact that they are doing this to millions of people and getting away with it.

Inferior product does not work ordered on Jan. 5, 2020 and as of this day Sept. 1 2020 No savings at all. Oko Watt is the maker of this product sold by The Umbra Supply Co., Oko Watt has the same advertising statements which are also bogus. A waste of time and money $59.97. Buy the way this product comes from China. I will not buy products from China because you cannot send them back. The cost to send them back is more most of the time than the cost of the product so your are stuck with that product.

We need to get a class at lawsuit going against this company but their address is fake their business is never been licensed in Cheyenne Wyoming how can we locate the people that took the money out of the card

This is a online scam, the product does not work!
I purchased two of the Okowatts and in two months of use, No

it is a scam, do the order. company needs to be investigated.

DO NOT purchase anything from this company! Their ad pops up on Facebook re: a product that will save on your electricity bills. Once you purchase the product, the message says they will contact you when the product ships. ... It never does. Your credit card is charged immediately and you never hear from them again. BUYER BEWARE!!

I ordered a device that is supposed to lower your electric bill by as much as 90% but haven't received it yet. I was so excited to lower my outrageous electric bill that I didn't bother to check out the company. The ad was inset in an email from a reputable organization so I didn't think about this ad being a scam. I hesitated slightly when I saw the part about no refunds but went ahead and ordered anyway. I decided to check the ScamPulse.com today and saw all negative reviews about the company and I'm just sick. I have no physical address nor a phone number for the company so can't even contact them. I could kick myself a thousand times over but just chalk this up to a big lesson learned. Please, do NOT buy anything from the Umbra Supply co. They are a big scam. .

Over 2 months ago I ordered the ÖkoWatt Energy Saver for $119.94 from The Umbra Supply. I've never received the product. I have emailed multiple times and a company by the name of Zendesk replied with an auto email that someone will contact me within 2 days. They never do. I've tried calling. No one answers. I think this is a scam to try and bilk people out of money.

I've been looking for the owners of this company they're not in Cheyenne Wyoming not license I just talked to the license bureau I also talked to the city of Cheyenne courts there are no actions being taken against this company their website is now taken down their phone number is turned off it seems like they just took the money and ran I need more information as to how to find the guy that got the money

On April 12th 2020 I purchased from The Umbra Supply Company on line 2 oko energy savers for $60. They sent me an email that these were shipped, I have not received them. When I call the company, all agents are busy. This seems to me to be a total scam.

I think I was on a news-type website and this add popped up about this device that you just plug into your outlet at home and it somehow "smooths" the current in your home and saves you tons of money on your electric bill. They showed a guy there with something like a $200 electric bill which became something like $17 after he installed this device. They said that you need to get this now because the electric companies were trying to prevent them from getting the word out on this innovative product. I had just received my electric bill that very day and thought that, for forty-something dollars, I might take a chance on this; so I ordered one. Almost immediately, I researched the item on the internet, only to find out that this thing did absolutely nothing for most people who were talked into it - in fact, many said their bill went UP because the device itself draws current. I contacted the company by email ([email protected]> via shopify.com) and cancelled my order. I later got a response that the item had already shipped - again, this was within an HOUR of ordering! I finally received the item today, over a MONTH later. It is of VERY poor quality and a piece of junk in my opinion. I went to their website to see how I might be able to refund the item, only to find out that they "DON'T accept refunds - all sales are FINAL" - that was never made clear when I ordered it! Thousands of people are buying this "fake" item while this scamming "company" is getting rich.

So many people have been ripped off surely there's a class at lawsuit going somewhere the company's address turned out to be fake they are not in Cheyenne Wyoming no government database has that company name the owner took the money and ran that is against law how can we find the criminals

Placed order. Never received the product. Company does not answer phone, because it always rings as busy. Received a form letter email saying they needed 1-2 days to check on my shipment. Follow up emails never answered. Still have not received the product.

(Report taken over phone by Cleveland ScamPulse.com staff (ba) on 5/11/2020)

Approximately 2 weeks ago, I received an advertisement on my iPhone for the product called Okowatt. This product is supposed to save considerable money on electric bills. The device does not need to be installed by an electrician - just plugged into a socket. I ordered one for my daughter at $40 and a second one for $20. The same day I placed the order, I got a text from the company stating there was something wrong with the card. I texted them back several times asking what was the problem but got no response. I also tried calling several times and got a recording and was placed on hold for quite some time and gave up. I contacted Master Card last week and was told that there were no charges on my card from the company. To prevent any charges, I canceled the card.
