I ordered a product they have advertised called “mystery box” which is a box of clothing. I ordered on 6/14/2024 I waiting 10 days and still hasn’t received my order so I contacted the company via email. I didn’t receive a response so I commented on a post that they posted. Then another customer messaged me telling me that the same thing happen to her. I then sent the company a message on Instagram and they responded saying that it was shipped but they don’t have the shipping information
