These people take your money

I ordered a little bottle of perfume at least three months ago and I just happened to look at my bank statement yesterday and I had a 2997 deduction on my account to these people. I tried calling yesterday and was on some kind of answering service forever, so I finally left my number for them to call me back which they never did. So I tried just a little while ago and I did get someone to answer this time. She said it was one of those things you have to pay a membership fee to order anything there . That is what the 2997 wise. There was nothing on the website saying that you had to belong to a club of some kind. They would only refund me half of the $29.97, I haven’t checked yet to see if it went through my bank. And by the way, I still have two yet receive my perfume, hmm 🤨

I went to order a product and hidden below the complete transaction button was a hidden checkbox for automatic subscription of $29.97/month. It listed an email address you could cancel your subscription and my email failed as it was not an email address. I tried to locate where this “company” was, and could find nothing. They list themselves as in good standing with the BBB. While in actuality, you have no listing.
