I placed two orders with this “company” on 7/16. I received email confirmations of my order and my money was taken right away. I never received a valid shipping/tracking number. I contacted the company several times. They were very condescending, speaking to me as if I’m too unintelligent to h understand how to find a tracking number. Once I reported to the ScamPulse.com they produced a tracking number that had no information on it. They claim to hand make their items. The tracking number they gave me now says the item is in China. Either way, they have earned money from me, I have received nothing in exchange for my purchase, and they have successfully run their scam again. I’ve seen this complaint numerous times on the BBB’s page. If you go to their Instagram, they have very few “customer” reviews. Looks like all the same people. Perhaps the owners friends.
