This company was advertised to me on Instagram. They sold themed masks and this is during the covid-19 pandemic. I thought a Star Wars themed mask would be a great Father’s Day gift for my dad. The shipping cost a little extra so I decided to get a total of two masks. I understood the times we were living meant delays and all that. I placed the order on April 24th and reached out to the company via email a month later on May 24th to ask for a status update. Finally on June 15th they provided me with a tracking number via USPS. I continued to check using the link they sent me. The status still reads “unable to accept package”. When I brought this to their attention again via email they gave a strange story about how it was shipped to the wrong address and not to worry it would be re routed to me soon. I do not believe that would be the case, otherwise I would be seeing it on my end via the tracking number they gave me. I have asked for a refund and stated I am no longer interested in the items. I do not feel they will do this because I asked before and they ignored it.

I feel that it is wrong to take advantage of something people are buying for the benefit of health reasons at this time and scam them.

I am the owner and operator of the business & brand, Beebosloth. I recently came across a sponsored ad showcasing my original designs on this website Thurfy. I made a point to contact to remove immediately, and they did not respond. Thereafter i went and read reviews on business to find out more, and there are a multitude of folks who have claimed they were scammed and stolen from. Additionally they are shipping faulty product that breaks easily in addition to illegally producing merchandise and selling said merchandise with trademarked designs that were not approved to use. They do not have a contact number for their business, and i believe that it goes by a different LLC and uses this name as a DBA. This should not be operating as a business.
