This ticket office. Com is a scam and is not affiliated with the Centrylinkcenter in Bossier city , La

They are scalpers. I want my money back.

I saw an FB event on Facebook about the Houston show at Smart Financial and clicked on the link to buy tickets. I thought the prices were super high for "nose bleed" seats at $110.23 with tax and other fees but I just figured Jo was getting more popular after the Netflix. It hurt bit to pay that much especially since we lost just about everything except for some clothes and shoes in the flood from Harvey but I really want to see Jo since I'm a military brat with a Filipino mom, too. I didn't realize until just now that I purchased from a scalper site and NOT directly. It's from Ticketoffices.com, a very disreputable company based on my internet research - that makes their site look very similar to regular ticket sites for small venues like Smart Financial and the print indicating that it's a third party site is not easily noticeable. While the tickets are legitimate and therefore useable there is nothing I can do about it. Yes, there is a disclaimer on the site that it's a resale site but they also have "Smart Financial Centre" shown very prominently on the page. So if you work for a living and have lots of browser windows open like me and you're excited about a concert you could miss it very, very easily. I checked on Ticketmaster and if I had bought the tickets directly, which are still available mind you, I would've only paid around $50 per ticket with tax and fees. With a just a little bit of research I saw complaints about this site all over the internet. I just hope you can spread the word so no one else gets nailed like this.

We wanted to buy tickets for an upcoming event at the nearby Bluebird theatre. From their website we were directed to ticketoffices.com to buy tickets for the event. I thought the price was unusually high, but went thru with the purchase of 4 tickets for $275.27 total. Later the tickets were delivered by email and I found out the actual price was only $15 + $7.40 or $89.60 total. We bought the tickets a month before it was sold out, and did not realize these were not original tickets but being resold by a 3rd party. We paid $185.67 extra, not to the band or the venue, but to these third party rip off artists, who by linking to the legitimate website made it appear they were the actual ticket outlet.

Was routed without realizing to this site and paid twice the value of music venue tickets, without being shown what the final cost was until after it was already charged and I was given the total cost via email confirmation. There is no way to contact any person over their phone number, it is all automated. The concert venue said they wouldn't even honor the tickets because it's not through ticket master or their own box office.

I purchased 4 concert tickets for what was initially shown as $347 per ticket on www.ticketoffices.com. After entering my credit card information and selecting the proceed button, I was prompted with an order confirmation screen showing that my card would be charged $1805.47 (4X $347 as opposed to divided by 4). Immediately, I called my credit card company and they advised that I reach out directly to www.ticketoffices.com as well. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes in the middle of my work day, I finally reached "Lupe" (Supervisor) and "Maynol" (Customer Care Manager) who both advised me that all sales were final and they are unable to issue any sort of refund, despite me calling them immediately after making a misleading purchase. I informed them that although they do not actually manage any inventory, acting as a third party, any fair and decent business should be operating with the consumer's interests in mind. Taking advantage of customers online in this way is unacceptable and just plain wrong. Even Ticketmaster has a 72 hour no questions asked refund/cancellation policy for their customers. I am now making it my mission to expose the underhanded, dishonest, and decietful business practices of www.ticketoffices,com
