I bought 2 tickets for a show on September 15th 2018. The show was supposed to be schedule for November 3rd 2018. A few weeks later I decided to check the tickets and noticed that the date of the show was for November 3rd of 2017. I went back on the website that I got the tickets from and they were not selling those tickets anymore, they didn't even had records of said show for that date. When I called their support line they told me that the show was actually on September 21st 2018 but the tickets clearly state November 3rd 2017. They also told me that they checked my tickets and it showed that the tickets were used for said event on September 21st 2018, which I did not attend because I thought the show was on November of 2018. The company refuses to admit the scammed me and sold me old tickets and also refuses to reimburse me the money I paid for the tickets.
