Timetrack Logistic Services Reports & Reviews (1)

- Akron, OH, USA

Started messaging an individual from the StarMaker singing app in February 2021. They stated they were going to be working over seas in England off the North Sea at an oil drill site. We were communicating via phone and text then switched to Whatsapp. In March the individual stated they wanted to send me a package of gifts. I unfortunately gave my address. March 18th I received an email from [email protected] with tracking information, sender address and receiver (me) address. I then received email from same email stating package as arrived in my state and I am asked to pay a custom duty charge of $299 to obtain a clearance form and door to door to my address. I asked more about the fee and their answer was the custom fee is an international clearance fee which is mandatory before any parcel leaves the parking lot to receivers address. I asked how to pay, they sent me wiring instructions to an individual and account based out of Miami, FL. I unfortunately paid it. The next email stated the package will be inspected before a dispatch driver is assigned to deliver to my address. Further inspection is a new way to curb drug smuggling, money laundering associated with international freight. Next email stated the shipment was flagged due to their being foreign currency and a 8kg gold bar inside package along with gifts. The sender needed to send proof of ownership with foreign currency to obtain another 1 time clearance form. If none available then another fee will need paid. The person that sent package neglected to mention said items were in package until I confronted. Sender claimed to speak with logistics company and supposedly sent the necessary paperwork. Next email stated the fee for clearance form was $649 and when paid I would not need to obtain any other for future international deliveries. The clearance form is specifically for gold and foreign currency. I messaged sender and they stated the proof of purchased was with a security company until he was set to return home to states. The next email stated after hassle of getting said information from the security company I am now mandated to obtain clearance form and the price for said form is $300. This fee was to have gold registered for a secure trade in the US and other parts of the world. They assured the package would be at my door in 24hrs. I sent the funds..... Three days later I receive email from logistics company stating there is a delay due to a misunderstanding with customs authority and the company door to door delivery fee. Customs refused to pay and now in order to get the package to my door, its another $200. My response to that email was not pleasant. I accused them of not having a package and that I was not sending anymore money. Their response was they apologies and didn't take fault and couldn't be bullied into delivering a package without being paid. Then they offered for me to come pick it up. I asked for the address and it was near Philadelphia, PA. Meanwhile I was in constant communication with the sender of the package sending screen shots of the communications. They were getting frustrated that I have come this far then they started mentioning about me taking care of some of their affairs. I replied stating I didn't want the package in the first place and was blindsided about what was in it and about taking care of their affairs. I wanted no part of it. The sender then said that they were going to lose money and being irrational. Instead of arguing, I started reading back into the senders and logistic companies communication. Everything coincided for the most part but then I found some red flags. The initial email from logistics company stated my package was in Ohio....then after a ton of communication the address as Philadelphia, PA. The package in question had a tracking number that led to a website. The website: timetracklogisticservices.com has a contact tab that states customer service is 24/7 with phone number 513-456-2207. I called twice and just kept ringing. On the home page of the website, it says "Wheelco" on top, but then references c. If you scroll down through home page there is a quote from the CEO named "John Doe," but yet signature doesn't match. Call Center is spelled Call Center with another number 1-555-676-1020 that says wireless number cannot be completed as dialed. Then in two area's of their website it mentions their corporate office is in Nevada, but there is another location address in New Jersey, and Utah. I have blocked all communication from this individual. I have confronted the sender and they are still going on with the story. I have sense blocked all communication from the logistics company and sender.
