We’ve contacted our local police, USPS, our county Clerk of Courts & two different state department offices. One envelope came from Progressive Insurance, so we notified them of the fraud as well.
We already use LifeLoc, we froze our credit reports & notified our banks & credit card companies.
When at the Clerk of Courts, we obtained a copy of a document (I think filed on his behalf) by a service he is using, ZenBusiness.com in Austin TX.
I contacted ZenBusiness. They were of no help. They said they do not verify the ID of the people they serve (e.g., no driver’s license check, no background check).
Today, “Geoffrey@ZenBusiness” (no last name, title or other identifiers) sent me an email regarding by review of their business on the ScamPulse.com website. He is requesting more info. I’m not going to respond to it.
