Their Facebook Ads are a sham, the products shown there are NOT what the sell at all. I purchased one of their "free" lipsticks (wasn't actually free, had to pay cost of shipping) and not only recieved the WRONG product but the product looked used or incompletely filled. I messaged customer service and they said they would send me the proper lipstick free of charge. Well, nearly THREE MONTHS later I still never recieved the promised product. Any time I emailed their "personnel" (which were clearly fake photos and names of women) they would send back a generic response saying they were working on sending it out but were "so busy" with the demand from the public. Fed up, I requested a refund and thankfully received it. Do not buy from this company as I'm not the only one who's experienced this from Tony Dash.

Placed my order and have been waiting for it to ship for over a month. When i try to contact them I get no answer.

I have only ordered this product a week ago but all this week I've been wondering why I didn't even get a confirmation email of my order, then I've been seeing social media posts about how these Tony Dash people were scamming other people and taking their money and not giving back a refund. So I decided to contact their support system and requested an update of my order then they said, "due to our promotional offer of high demand, my order has been delayed." Then I requested a refund and to cancel the product but they said all orders are non-refundable but they will give me a $20 store voucher and can use it April 10th, but they sent the email on April 17th. I really hope you help me put a stop to these people, I really hate getting made a fool out of.

Sincerely, Bithiah Brooks

I got the offer of getting free lipstick stain so I clicked on it and thought yeah put it in my cart and gave my address then it asked for $4.95 shipping fee so I gave my CC and all of the sudden it I had a bundle pack in there that I didn't want and they charged my card $24.99!

I am an avid online shopper without any past complaints against any online stores until now. I clicked an ad on Facebook for a free product (just pay shipping) which I have done a dozen times in the past 3 months with many honest companies. I added the item to my cart and entered my information. I get a message on the screen saying to am eligible for another FREE item. I opted out and then I was brought to a confirmation page that stated I purchased a free item AND a 19.99 item which I had clicked NO to. I immediately checked my bank to see they had taken the money instantly so I contacted my bank.

I have emailed the companies customer service multiple times and I have received the same generic email 6 times and another response letting me know they were out of free products but their 4 person company was "getting together a team" to deal with the demand of their products.

I have requested my money back and for a real person to contact me without any luck. I tried to request my refund through the website but it says they do not offer refunds or exchanges on free products or any other products they sell. There isn't a phone number only an email address. I have spoken to others who have had their money taken by this company that have either never received a product or their money back or they receive a Dollar store quality product that is supposed to be a high quality item. Be aware of TONY DASH COSMETICS they will trick you into a purchase and take more then you agree to. I also received a text stating that my account had been frozen due to security concerns but my bank does NOT send out texts/calls. I have already been told this is another scam likely from Tony Dash to aquire more of my money.

I ordered “ free” items and was happy to pay 11.95 for shipping. I was charged 32.98 total for extra items I never added and was sent an email the next day that all items were out of stock. I have tried to contact the business through email and Facebook with no response and they have no other customer service listed. Terrible company

They offered a promotion to which you can get three free items and just pay shipping. And then it asked me if I wanted an additional free item and I said yes. Before I could even review my order, they said my order was complete and they charged me an additional $19.99. So instead of $11.95, I got charged $31.94. And instead of correcting the order, all they could do was offer me 20% off on my next purchase. Why? So they can scam me again? This company is a scam, and even though I could technically afford to pay that much, that is not what my subtotal said prior to check out. They are refusing to refund the money. Even though I did not agree to the charges.

I saw a sponsored ad on Facebook for cosmetics. I love lipstick so I tried it out. Bought lipstick and authorized a $4.49 charge, but ended up with another $4.49 charge and a $19.99 charge. I did not click on a single thing after the first order, it just redirected me to a screen that said I got the bonus bundle for 60% off. I did not ever ask for that, it was just thrown on there. It said it was part of my purchase but it was on a totally different card charge! I immediately emailed them after getting a confirmation letting them know I needed to cancel the order, I did not authorize it. They basically told me I was out of luck and it was non refundable. I explained it was not authorized and two days later they said "it has shipped so we can't refund it, sorry."

I also noticed there is no product description for the makeup bundle it added. There is a section for it but it is blank.

I have filed a dispute with my bank but have not ever heard back. I searched "Tony Dash Scam" on Facebook and found hundreds of posts in the last two days about being scammed by them. I feel like an [censored], I have never been scammed. I saw that it was a sponsored post on Facebook and read good reviews all over the place on social media, internet, etc. It wasn't until I tried googling "Scam" with it that other things popped up, only on Facebook.

They claim to offer free makeup and you just pay shipping.
