DON'T TRUST THEM.

This company is a giant scam. I have my own lawyer to take these guys to court. They haven't been doing anything but kept charging my card $100 every month. They kept saying it takes time to dispute charges but then they would never get back to me. Their "customer portal" doesn't work and they make you talk via s messaging system over their website.

I've already reported them to the better business bureau and will continue to spread the word. They are con-artists and I will definitely be getting my money back.

And like many others I was a victim of debt repair .
The only difference is they got me for 2,250 dollars .
They explained that they had different payment options if I wasn't able to do the full amount,promising they would help fix my credit and since I have not much credit it would raise my score .
Promising if I payed the full amount they would be my backing for credit ,speak to all three creditors on my behalf and get the mistakes removed further going on to say once done with that thru them I'd have not only a high credit score but credit to use .
Enrolled me into smartcredit for 24.99 amonth(still being charged) as of September 2022.
I would like to be reimbursed if possible.And see them go under if able.
I'm a mother of 3 and I was looking to change fraudulent accounts against me thru them and all they did was take my money.

They will scam you by telling you they will send letters on your behalf to credit the 3 credit and they never do and they will keep charging your account. They will never answer a phone call . And they will never give you your money back .

Exactly!my case was 2 her later. This guys have not oaid the 700. I paid through zelle. I will make a video and send it viral. I need my money they keep pushing pushing. If my acc over drafts I will ambimm them and if anything goes wrong inwimm sue them.. It's fraud, they use the money for fast trade and buy time to make refund, by the time they smdo they will make refund. Scammers in this hard time tiu still vvnry wicked

I bought this service over 18months ago. The only improvement on my credit score has been this dropping off because of time. I doubt they did much I’ve talked to the owner of the company “Daniel Ramos” bull[censored] human being. This is [censored] personal number +1 (.760) .5.96-7.84.2

Review:

First and foremost STOP and don’t start any type of business with this company. The name is Top Flight Assistance. If the name doesn’t stop you from wanting to get you credit fixed then let me help you. I started with the company back in June 2021. Like most I wanted to use the pandemic to get my credit in order and be able to purchase a home for my family. Just got married and had my first child. I called Top Flight and they were eager to help and I had faith. I even started off with a deposit of $500 so they could jump start my credit building journey. The first month was fine where they would send me messages and let me know they sent out dispute letters. They even have a portal where you can track your progress. Month two was fine with no changes on my report but they continued to take funds. I had a payment of $125 a month. After month six (6) I called and asked what was the deal. First it was so hard to get in contact with them. Once I did the rep told me that they just sent out a second round of disputes but it normally takes multiple rounds. Majority of the time, only one item is able to be removed. But at that time we can look to start another session with a new payment plan. I told the rep, let’s continue with this plan and we can talk about it when it comes. Something told me to cancel then but I was ready for a change to come. March of 2022 come and I’m doing research and was able to talk to a friend that fixed his credit. He then told me to try one thing, if it works then cut Top Flight off. I was able to change my personal items on all (3) reporting credit monitoring bureaus with just a phone call. I also learned that no disputes have been sent to any of the bureaus. That when I called top flight and cancelled my account immediately. I had to pull teeth in order to do cancel. I called 12-14 times and spoke it rude, childish and very incompetent call takers. The customer care representative tries to talk over you and talk down to you. The only one that was trying to help was Donna. I was then transferred over to Sarah. She was offering me a partial payment of $1,250 but also stated that if I waited a few days I can speak to the Chief of Staff Mr. Ramos. He would be able to refund me the total of $1,750. I ask he to put it in write which is here:

Hello Mr. Stinson,
Per our conversation today you are rejecting my offer of a partial refund in the amount of $1250.00 as you would like to speak with our COS Mr. Ramos on Wednesday April 13th, so you can further discuss a full refund in the amount of $1,750.00. I have scheduled you a call for that day. I have cancelled your account also so you will no longer be charged. Have a wonderful day.

Yes, Wednesday rolls around and without a doubt I received this email. Which I kind of suspected:

Hello sir,
Our Chief of Staff is out today for personal reasons. I have moved your appointment for Monday April 18,2022 when he is back in office. We apologize for the inconvenience. We hope you have a wonderful day and a wonderful Easter weekend.

Then here we are here for Monday. No call, no email so I called them. Once again I get bounced around, laughed at and Sarah and Mr. Ramos was out of the office. I’ve called 15-18 times. With no success. I will call and call as long as it takes for me to receive what it do. Pleas do not waste your time and money.

They promised that if they couldn’t help me that they wouldn’t take my case on, I paid $1000 up front as to not have to deal with payments after 8 months they’ve done nothing other than trying to take credit for two items that I paid and had removed, when they tried to take credit they couldn’t describe to me the 2 items removed, I still have the exact amount of negatives that was on my report when I started, there excuse given is that some of the items were double posted…what a lie! I just want my refund and to be done with this company, I’ve gone through 3 rounds and they’ve gotten nothing removed I’ve done everything I was suppose to do on my end and a month after my last consultation they haven’t even started my 4th round of letter as of yet, please don’t waist your money on this company, u will be disappointed and as upset as I am, before they take your money they can move mountains to get your report cleaned after they get your money, the excuses will start to fly, how they can’t promise anything, and they can only send the letters out, they can’t guarantee anything will be removed, but before they say if we can’t help you we won’t take your money isn’t that hypocritical!

So sorry that this happened to you. This is just awful. We are all out here struggling some way or another. I am a consumer report, BBB Kinda girl. I do my research thoroughly prior to considering any type of service that I have to give my money to for ANY THING. I want to thank you for posting your situation as it helped me to determine whether or not to move forward with their company. The advertisement really sounds believable. THIS is a HARD NO FOR ME.

June 25th 2021 I had a socall free consultation. She stated I needed to pay 1.00 to get my credit info. While on the phone rep was talking about thousands of dollars. I told her I would have to think about it. Then she goes to say well my supervisor is about to leave, let me fight for you. Comes back talking about 1600.00 today and we can get started. I told her again, that I would need to think about it. She then tells me again that she's gonna talk to her supervisor. Ummm i thought he left already slick lady. So she comes back talking about 3 payments of 400.00. I again tell her I don't want to make any decision's right now and that I will call them back if I decide to go with them. She tells me she will set up a call for the next week. I informed her that it wasn't needed. She sends me a text stating it was how to reach her personally. As soon as I got off, I immediately start researching it and found all scams and all fraud. I texted that number literally 15 min after ending the call to tell her, I don't want their services. I got a call from them earlier today which lasted every bit of 3 minute's. I told the lady I told them i didnt want a callback. I told the lady they have too many shady bad reviews and I want no parts of it. She tried to tell me that the reviews are from a couple people that was the cause of their issue. I told that lady u have more bad reviews then good, and no thank you. I asked her to remove me from whatever list they have and not to call me again.Here we go today at 8:41pm. I get a 24.99 decline from my cashapp. Soooo glad I didn't use my bank account and that i cashed out the funds i had on my card. I did not sign up for any of this and I have a feeling, this is just the beginning.Of course when i called, their office is closed. I tried calling the other company that tried to take the money, closed as well. Im about to report my card stolen. Run from this company.

I put in a request for cancelation on Monday after signing up the previous Friday. I signed up for the "VIP" services in which requires a payment of $1,600 upfront before they even perform anything. I've been told that I would get a rep form the appropriate department that handles cancelations alllll week and has called every single day. I just moments ago opted for the chat via the home pg in which after several minutes was reminded with "no one is available and will call you shortly." This IA a company that lacks integrity, has careless customer service reps and also upon further checking, is very lowly rated (I wonder why). If you're going to pay for any forms of credit repair, opt for a reputable one that will respect you and that comes with a great reputation of service. You'll never find an ounce of that with these fools. Thank me layer.

$1200 PAID AND NO SERVICES RENDERED

I joined this company after speaking with a rep and hearing the positive things that they would do to help my credit score. They had a promotion of whatever I initially put down they'd match to help pay off the total. I initially put down $400 to start so that's -$800 of the $2300 total. The following month They had the same scam, I meant promotion so I have them $200 so that's another $400 of the total with a balance of $1100. They also take out $25/month with their sister business SMARTCREDIT which is mandatory to even use their services. It's been 6 months of $100 for there services and 6 months of $25 for credit reporting. They supposedly have 7 disputes in, but there aren't any replies on said disputes. I haven't received anything from any bureau about said disputes. I was told in the beginning I'd receive a line of credit to also HELP boat my credit, NEVER HAPPENED. This being the 7th month I stopped transactions on the card they were billing from and that's when I got an email and text for payment although I've been asking for a months to speak with someone about my account. In 3 months they've made 3 appointments with me and haven't kept any of them. I personally believe this company is fraudulent, the owners need jail time, and every client that they can't show ANY progress on their credit reports should be fully reimbursed. If you're reading this DO NOT use their (non) services. THEY ARE FRAUDS!

Did you get any refund on what you paid.

Top Flight Assistance only got a $1, and try to get a $3000 to fix my credit, my credit is not bad. Lol
I told Kevin which I spoke to, I will do my research on them, Find out if you’re legit, he ask me how, I told him BBB Better business bureau, so he say how long it will take, One day, ? I’m use to scammers. I will not be working with them.BBB gave them to be bad.

I had the consolation but felt something wasn't right especially the prices I canceled my card after the call and reading all these reviews but I'm worried about the information they still have a copy of my Credit report from the consultation. Anything we can do about this? only got taken for the 1$ I was smart enough to go to the site they use and cancel my acct so I won't get further charged but wouldn't matter canceled the card. But just in case lol So what Do we do here people ? how do we get them closed and justice served ?

I to have top flight I have seen 1 removal of an account and now it winded up in collections so I don’t see where they are doing anything I contacted them by email and they said they would check on it it’s been a few months and still no change

Read all the complaints before you decide to give this people one penny, they are thieves and will rob you blind.

Don't believe in free trial with this company.
I paid 1200.00 if I was to fix my credit with them. But after 5 days and really bad experience with nobody returning call or answering any form of text emails etc, I canceled subscription only to find out they keep part of that money for the work they had done. What work? They didn't even answer anything. They steel your money. Really bad experience.

Please do your research. This company is a total fraud. I signed up on a Thursday, paid them a deposit of $200 ,did my research on them over the weekend and the reviews were horrible. They text me over the weekend trying to solicit another $500 before doing anything for my Credit score. This is what prompted me to read their reviews. I called them first thing that Monday to cancel the service, waited on hold for 2 hrs, finally got them on the phone and they informed me that I was in the time period and I am eligible to cancel and get a full refund. 2 days later the $200 was returned to my account. I was satisfied until three weeks later they charged my account $124. I again called and complained they told me they didn't cancel the automatic payment, but not to worry they will refund the $124. Its been 3 months and two weeks and four calls. Seems they are no longer answering calls. I then had to cancel my ATM card and block them because my checking account was compromised and depleted of over $500. Checking account was over 27 years old and never had fraudulent charges until now. This is a total scam.

I initially payed 500 dollars before any services were rendered. I have paid 700 in total within 5 weeks of starting with this scam. the COO has a bad wrap sheet and the company is absolutely fraudulent. no cummincation and they are set on not refunding money but that is fine. they have made their own bed.

They have proven no work other than taking money from my account. My scores dropped 60 points this month because of there poor actions. Lawsuit is in the works for these obvious scam artist.

Took a 250$ deposit from me said they would start my case immediately this was about April 3rd 2019 they have taken 50$ every 2 weeks from my account since then and have not done a single thing on my account I have demanded a refund but they refuse to give it to me unless I undergo a “ credit Analisis” all I want is my money back
